Doctor! Doctor! She's awake!

Doctor! Nurse! I heard voices but tightened my closed eyes at the mention of the doctor. This isn't just doctor Ken visiting the house but Lara in the hospital. I'm in a hospital!! I yell still closing my eyes.

"She's gonna open her eyes soon... Just one injection would do. '' Someone said and I bet that voice was Ken's. 

I opened my eyes a little and sees as he taps loudly on the injection vial to draw out the liquid from the inside with a syringe.

I knew he was quite aware of the fact that I wasn't sleeping but only pretending to be. 

He brings out the syringe and clean my hand with cotton wool soaked in methylated spirit like he normally does. I can feel the chill feels on my skin. 

She's gonna wake up after this" he keeps repeating the word and lowers the tiny hollow needle on my hand. 

"Fuck off," I say and jerk my handoff from his, "Fuck! Fuck off!!" I yell at the sight of piercings on my wrist and raised my hand up to look closely. "Fuck! God! Fuck!". I yell almost pushing Ken. 

"Angel, you awake". Dad says softly and sits beside me to cuddle me to himself. 

"Daddy? Daddy... Daddy...look... See piercing on my wrist. '' I say in a dry voice trying to catch my breath as all I could think of was the feeling of how many injections I just took now. 

"It's nothing, my love, he never injected you... He just gave you a quick medication... And the piercing on your wrist is probably your handwork, not his." Daddy smiles and cuddles me to his chest. 

Fuck, I almost forgot how I got that! I groan. "Dad... It was just a headache, you shouldn't have left your office... I feel bad for making you worry". 

"Don't say that...I'd freaked out if no one informs me of something like this, don't ever keep stuff like this from me understood? !" he said and I nod. 

"Ahem" Clara clears her throat signifying me that she's here. I looked around the room and was stunned by who was there with Clara. Stephen. 

"I will leave you with your friends now". Dad said. He and Ken exited the room. I raise my eyebrows and continue to stare at Stephen as he moves to sit on the bed beside me.
