"Oh, dear. Your dad called this morning, how is your leg". Mrs. Clinton asked walking closer to me. She stopped in front of me.

Our Grammy needs a babysitter? she just can't keep her hands off her crutches". Thompson mock as usual.

I turned to him and glared at him as Mrs. Clinton walked over to him. She stood dead in front of him, her face emotionless. "Mr. Thompson since you've suggested crutches. Could you do me a favor of being Ms. Lara's crutches till she's recovered.".

"What?! ". We both yelled and she carried her books leaving us to ourselves.

That! Brought me back to crutches, Grammy, and other sorts of names. Grammy was first heard from Christy this morning as I climbed down from Michael's car. He rushed to help me down. But I shoved him off. Explaining why he should stop making this whole thing a big deal.

It is no big deal, but my dad instructed ken to wrap a bandage around them so to cover some imaginary infections from entering them. Though it has no cuts but he wanted it covered ignoring all my plea.

Now, Ken's bandages are making the whole thing a 'Big Deal'. The pain has lessened, all thanks to Michael's magical balm but right now, the pain I am dealing with now are the eyes, The whispers, and the murmur from everybody.

Earlier this morning, The girls danced their eyes at me as I climbed down from Michael's car. It was bold of him to come to my house this morning to drive me to school because he felt bad, he felt he was responsible for my leg if he hadn't startled me. I wouldn't have jumped but that is where he got it all wrong. It was all my fault if I hadn't sneaked on him, then it would have been avoided.

Christy's first word to me this morning was. "You need sticks? Course I've got plenty". She mocks as she imitates walking with crutches. I sigh and stormed of class.

I walked straight to the restroom and banged the door behind me. Clara followed she must have to know how I felt as she quietly pulled the door open.

"Hey! What are you doing?!". She asked and falls on her knee stopping me from unwrapping the bandages.

"Let go!". I said softly, trying to keep my cool. "I've got to take this off, it makes me look Pathetic". I sigh deeply. " Clara? Am I pathetic?". I asked.

"No, of course, no. You don't, okay?". Clara says softly and pulled me into a hug. "You are not pathetic la.". She repeats the words over and over again trying to console me.

"La? As in Los Angeles?". I asked faking a hurt smile.

"Hell no." She tried explaining what she meant. I couldn't help but bust out laughing at how serious she was trying to explain what she meant. She shoves me and started laughing too.

Time to ignore the bitches and the dicks, they are just being ridiculous. I grinned as we walk back to class. There my 'crutch' sits on my seat patiently waiting for me
