Lu Tianzi immediately spun around instead of giving chase. With a flick of his wrist, the Torrential Sabre appeared in his left hand.
The Astral Way Inscription lit up immediately as it hungrily devoured the Essence energy that Lu Tianzi was pouring into it, and the Torrential Sabre slashed out to meet Deputy City Lord Nandian's approaching halberd.

The inscription skill almost doubled Lu Tianzi's strength, and his sabre sent Deputy City Lord Nandian flying into the inner wall of the giant bell.

Ignoring Beiqian Zuo, Deputy City Lord Nandian turned towards Lu Tianzi once again. "Please! As long as you let me go, I will help you report the Flying Dragon Hall to the Scarlet Moon Overlord. I will do everything in my means to make sure that you get the justice you deserve!"
But much to his dismay, it was as if Lu Tianzi could not even understand him.
The youngster's face did not register a single change as he continued walking towards Deputy City Lord Nandian, a sword in one talon and a sabre in the other. His steps were slow and unhurried, as though he had absolute confidence in his control over the current situation.
"You brat…" Deputy City Lord Nandian's expression turned ugly. He thought that Nanlu Tianzi would at least give his promise a little consideration, who knew that the other party would completely turn a deaf ear to his words?
At this moment, Lu Tianzi's wing flapped once more.
His speed was as ridiculous as ever, and to top it off, Deputy City Lord Nanlan had sunk into a world of darkness. Before he had the time to extricate himself from the illusion, the Moon Culler had already pierced straight through his heart.
