Chapter 1
Only For Fun! (Auxiliary Volume)
(N/A) This is a translated version of the original novel into English so more peaple can see the novel. Since I'm not a native english speaker, please forgive any translation or coherence errors. The original novel is also available on the www.webnovel.com in brazilian portuguese for those who want to check it out, and just to clarify, I'm the writer so I am not coping someone.
Hello reader,
I'll be quick and to the point since I don't want to waste anyone's time. Basically, I just want to say to you, dear reader, that I don't have any grandiose goals or anything like that for this novel. I'm just writing for my own pure enjoyment and also to try to entertain someone with a random story that occasionally pops into my head.
I'm a fan of novels who has always enjoyed reading anything out there, but who has never actually tried to start a story. So this is my first time doing something like this, and as a result, my writing may not be top-notch, but I promise to do my best to make it at least readable. Additionally, I'll be drawing inspiration from various works I know, so if there's anything similar to another novel, it probably won't be a coincidence. However, I'll try to be as true to my own imagination as possible, so be warned.
Anyone who wants to give me tips on how to improve or just criticize is welcome. I'll always be trying to improve with each chapter. I also want to let you know that I don't have any kind of schedule for sending out new chapters on specific days. I'll write them when I feel like it or have the energy to do so since this is not a job but rather something new that I decided to try. Finally, the work will have swear words and to some extent a bit of gore. I don't intend to include any kind of romance, at least not at the beginning, but we'll see how the story unfolds.
To finish, I'll give some explanations on how my writing will be:
Text between quotation marks(") are the characters' thoughts.
Ex: "That sword is shining brightly."
Dashes(-) and quotation marks(") indicate dialogue.
Ex: "-That sword is shining brightly, don't you think?"
Text between asterisks(*) indicates sounds for better ambiance.
Ex: *Splah!*
Basically, that's it. I hope you have as much fun reading this as I did writing it.
Happy reading!
