Karen stopped what she was doing and faced Violet.

"I'm not that affected?" Replied Violet who was in denial.

"Stil-" Violet tried to deny it but was interrupted by Karen.

"Violet, it is not good to lie about your feelings and even worst was to deny it. Don't hide it and bottle it deep inside your heart. It will work for a little while but someday it will find a way to resurface again. That will never allow you to fully heal from what happened. You don't have to pretend you are  not ok. It is alright to not be ok. It is alright to breakdown and cry. The important thing is that in the end you will pick yourself up and continue to live forward"
