"Promise that you will not tell big brother Joseph what I told you, please", she said with a betty boop eyes.

"I understand", she said and saw that Joseph was walking towards them. And again, she is almost out of breath looking at him. She is getting hotter by each second that passed. And just like in the movies, Joseph was like walking in slow motion with seawater dripping down his body. She has not seen him naked this close before and she can't take her eyes away from him. Why does he have to be this sexy? She shook her head and diverted her attention to Claire.

"I will not tell him, promise", she said to her.

"Pinky swear?"

"Pinky swear!", she said and pinch her cheeks which turned rosy in an instant.

"Arent you going to dip in the water?" Joseph asked the girls.

"We will big brother, we were just talking about...." 'you', but the last word did not come out.

"..... about my TV commercials", Christine quickly said. She squeezed Claire's hand to give her a warning not to talk too much.

Christine stood up and helped Claire stand up. Joseph has a confused look on his face but did not say anything. His eyes swept Christine's and he swallowed a mouthful of saliva. He liked what he sees and can't get his eyes off of her.

Christine felt his eyes glued to her and she felt awkward, she wanted to disappear. His eyes are intense, full of admiration, longing .... and desire. For a second that their eyes met, she shivered with the sudden flush of desire she felt. It is very new to her and she doesn't know how to deal with it. She did not know she has this intense desire for the opposite sex until now. Her throat and lips felt dry so she unconsciously licked her lips, having no idea of its effect on Joseph.

Joseph pursed his lips, clenched his fist and turned around and went back to the water. Christine was somehow disappointed with Joseph's reaction. She felt uncomfortable and hurt knowing that Joseph is disgusted with her. There were so many guys who wanted her attention and would do anything just so she agrees to go out with them on a date. She got so many indecent proposals before from prominent personalities, wanting to have her but she declined them all. She had no intention to go with them, she did not feel anything towards them just like what he felt seconds ago.

She sighed. He is very unpredictable. One moment, he seemed to care for her and all of a sudden, he would turn cold and mean to her. She shook her head and turned to Claire. Claire must have misunderstood Joseph about him loving her or he might just have said it to Claire out of nothing.

'So what? What is it with me if he doesn't like me? ' she thought to herself. 'He thinks highly of himself, he is selfish, brute and, and, ..... sexy'

"Shall we?", Claire said while tugging at her.

Christine nodded her head and they headed to the water hand in hand. Joseph was already a few meters away from them, swimming alone.

She and Claire enjoyed the seawater and they just stayed at the shallow part of the beach. They played and were laughing while Joseph was just looking at them from where he is at. A few minutes after, they went to the shore and decided to pick some shells and colored stones. joseph also decided to leave the water and sat on the shore not far from them.

Claire and Christine enjoyed what they were doing and when they had enough shells and stones, they walked back to where the car is to set aside their finds and also to hide from the piercing heat of the sun.

Christine put on a loose shirt over her swimwear which covered until the middle of her thighs.

"Look, the stones are so colorful", exclaimed Claire as she laid all the shells and stones on the mat.

"Yeah, we can take them back to the mansion and we can put them in a little jar", Christine said and she sat on the mat. She applied another sunscreen on her face and body to avoid sunburn.

Joseph followed them, his skin turned golden from being under the sun for almost an hour.

"Claire, set the stones away first so we can have lunch," Joseph said. He obviously avoided looking at Christine.

Christine helped him set the food at the center of the mat. They brought mangoes and apples. They had roasted chicken, charred milkfish and pork and rice. Joseph sliced the mangoes and apples using his swiss knife. Christine took a slice of apple and mango and ate them.

"Arent you going to eat some rice big sister?" Claire asked when she saw that Christine eating the fruits.

"Do you know that fruits should be eaten first before anything else?", Christine said and handed her a slice of mango.

"Why?" Claire asked and took the mango from her. She started to eat it.

"To ensure proper digestion", she simply said and smiled at her.

"Oh, that is why you are not fat", Claire said. She took another slice of mango and slices of apple and ate them all.

Joseph was silent the whole time while he sliced the fruits. Christine and Claire are eating them fast and he is trying to keep up so they won't have to wait for him.

"Burp..." Claire gave a loud burp after eating all the mangoes that Joseph have sliced for her, her eyes widened and covered her mouth. It was out of habit, she is not allowed to do that in front of Celine. She looked at Joseph. Joseph smiled at her. She looked at Christine who was not bothered by her burping.

They then have their lunch. Only Christine and Claire were blabbering while Joseph remained quiet and throw glances at them.
