Liam looked at Kiara's pale face and felt sad . He watched around and saw that his grandfather was holding a wood stick and understood that it must have been him who hit her . Although Kiara was weak , with Liam's help she managed to stand up and get herself together even though the pain was unberable . Eskylrious noticed that Kiara was unusualy calm and close with Liam .

" Mark my words Flax ! When the competition ends , your life will turn into a living hell . " said Kiara with a scary look in her face .

Flax's face turned blue from fear . Mr Ranch was scared and angry at the same time . He looked at Liam who greeted him with nodding his head and helped Kiara to leave from that room . Eskylrious was right in front of them . Before they could pass through him he called out mr Ranch's name in a loud voice .

" Mr Ranch Willows ! " said Eskylrious wiith an angry tone .

" This incident is quite unpleasant ! This incident took part within this castle's terriotory which is my resbonsibility . Since you're my guests I have the full right to decide your grandson's punishment for an attempted murder . I won't go easy on you just because you are members of the Willows family ." said Eskylrious with his eyes burning with anger .

" Your Highness.....! " said mr Ranch terrified .

'Listen here you old man ! You have been annoying me for three days in a row and now you even hurt Kiara . I won't forgive you ! You are well aware of what we are so I suggest you play fair otherwise I will make sure you , your son and your grandson suffer the most painful and merciless death on earth ! ' said Eskylrious in a telepathic way .

Mr Ranch's face became blue from fear and he was about to faint . Kiara looked at Eskylrious and remained a bit surprised when she heard him . Also , she noticed his expression was full of anger and scary . She had never seen him like this before . After mr Ranch fainted , Kiara and Liam went out of the room . Eskylrious called a maid to order the doctor to come and look at mr Ranch's condition . He wanted to take action right away but due to th heir competition his hands were tied .

' Damn ! If it weren't for that useless competition I would have killed these useless humans right away ! ' thought Eskylrious and left the room .

When he went out , he looked around but couldn't find Kiara .

' That girl ! She had a wound and still wanted to fight ! Who was the man that she was leaning on earlier ?! The way she called his name ,...like a lover who was gone for a decade and suddenly appeared before her ,.....a tone filled with longing , love , sweetness , a bit angry yet forgiving . What's the relationship between them ?! ' thought Eskylrious very angry .

He was a pureblood vampire and as a result , when he heard things he could hear the feelings of the people that spoke too . Some people knew how to hide them and he would have a bit of difficulty in hearing but in Kiara's case . She was transparent like water and it was relaxing hearing her voice . Eskylrious used his powers and found that Kiara was in a living room nearby . He went there in an instant and saw from the door , which was left a little unclosed , that the guy from before was with her .

" How have you been ? " asked Liam .

" Better than ever , at least I keep surving thanks to the skills you taught me . " said Kiara forcing herself to smile even thought she was feeling pain .

" Have they been like this during the time I was away ? " asked Liam a bit hurt when seeing Kiara's weak expression .

" Let's just say that I was in front of hell's doors countless of times but I never was near enough to open it . You know why ? " said Kiara with difficulty .

" Why ? " asked Liam with an even more hurt expression .

" Because my family needs me right now , only I can save them from this horrible place they're living now . And...thanks to you . Your teaching helped me a lot and my desire to see you again someday before I die was bigger than death . Other than my mom and brothers , you were the only one who cared for me . My dad always treated me coldly , I still can't understand why they hate us so much ! Aren't we family ?! Don't we have the same blood ?! " said Kiara dejected .

' That Willows family needs to be taken care of . As soon as the competition is over I'll kill that grandpa and cousin of hers . ' thought Eskylrious who was eavesdropping .

" Little Kiara...." said Liam .

" Although I have experienced all of that , I don't feel regretful at all for wasting my childhood like that . If I could , I would chose the same fate again and I will never run away . These hardships , pains , sorrows made me who I am today . I can face everything ! " said Kiara with a smile .

' You really are an eye catching girl .

Liam looked at her and wanted to hug her . Eskylrious didn't like the way he was leaning near Kiara and was about to make him fall but Kiara's stomach started to grumble .

' Well done stomach ! ' though Eskylrious from behind the door.

" I said I can face everything but I really can't win the battle against my stomach . " said Kiara a bit embarassed .

" Hahahahaha ! Still the same old dessert lover ! " said Liam and both of them laughed .

' I really missed Liam ! Especially talking with him . I am so glad you're back . ' thought Kiara with a sweet look in her eyes .

' That damn guy is getting my nerves up ! ' thought Eskylrious annoyed looking at the both of them laughing happily .

He couldn't stand the situation anymore and entered in the room without knocking .

" Your Highness ! " said Liam a bit surprised that he was here .

" Since you know who I am why haven't you kneeled yet . " said Eskylrious in an ordering tone and Liam kneeled .

" What brings you here Your Highness ? " asked Kiara while looking at himstraight in his eyes .

' That look again ! Isn't she afraid of me at all ?! ' thought Eskylrious when he saw Kiara's eyes .

" His Majesty asks for your presence ! Don't worry about miss Kiara , I will bring the royal to take a look at her injury . " said Eskylrious .

Liam was reluctant to leave Kiara's side now that they had finally seen each other after such a long time but he couldn't denny a the visit with his majesty , especially since his majesty was the one who asked him to come and visit . He looked at prince Eskylrious and immediately could tell that he wasn't an easy type to deal with . Liam saluted Kiara then left with a guard that was waiting for him at the door . After Liam left , Eskylrious went and sat near Kiara .

" How are you feeling ? " asked Eskylrious .

" I feel better . Thank you Your Highness ! " said Kiara with a hard breath since the wound was becoming more painful .

" Liar ! You're sweating and your cheeks are bright red , you have a fever . Your wound isn't disinfectent and you still say your better . " said Eskylriou when looking at Kiara .

" Thank you for your concern Your Highness but I really am better ! I always surpass my cold or wounds like this . " said Kiara .

" You don't use medecine ?! " asked Eskylrious a bit shocked .

" Medicine is expensive . I would rather use that money on my little brothers or my mom rather than medicine . Surprisingly , my wounds heal quickly . I don't know why this wound isn't healing as fast as usual though . " said Kiara .

' Humans are fragile creatures , I know that much ! They can barely heal even with medicine when they are very sick or ih her condition yet she says that she can't afford the medicine ?! Use the money on her brothers and mother ?! Let the wounds heal by itself ?! ' thought Eskylrious a bit shocked .
