For example, if you were to play with a physique that's far from your real self, once you went back to reality you would have issues moving your body properly.

Another example would be that during an experiment, the subject was doing movements that would be physically impossible for a human being and after the experiment, the muscle fibers in his arm went 「BAM!」 and got ruptured…that's so scary.

Though it does seem like the retail version has some limiters set on them.

Basically, if you want to play, your avatar should be close or identical to your physical appearance in order to move properly.
