Lifting up his index finger from her lips, he then pointed out towards the stars.

"Do you see all those stars? They are countless and each represents one's own signs. When a person is happy, the stars would shine brightly. Similarly, when one is sad, they would dim out and flicker.." he explained.

Looking back towards her, he then continued, "You however, dimmed out so rapidly that the stars around you became affected. Thus I wondered, which mortal was enduring so much sadness in them that it would complicate countless people in the future as well?"

From all this, Meng Yue could not understand a single word what the other party was actually saying and could not help but wondered if he was just making things up.
