In bed, Ruri was fast asleep.

A man and a woman in black came into the room without making a sound.

Ruri remained sound asleep without anyone noticing that people entered the room.

“It would be a lot easier to just kill her here.”

“No, the client wants to kill her himself just so the body won't be found. Besides if you kill her here, you won't be able to use her.”

“Oh right.”

The man reached out his hand to Ruri and lifted her up to his shoulder as if carrying a rice sack.

Jade's dragon heart dangled out from her neck.

The woman saw it and took the dragon's heat necklace from Ruri's neck.

“It was dangerous. I'm sure the dragon would follow the signs of this cherished one. We almost got busted.”

The dragon's heart necklace silently rolled on the quality carpet.

They disappeared into the darkness while holding their helmets.

Though she was in a lofty soft bed, somehow the floor became hard and she was feeling pain all over her body.

She can't move.

Kai might've been riding on top again.

She had to scold him properly next time.

Thinking like that, she woke up.

It was all dark and it's still night time.

Ruri tried to stand up.

But her upper body was tied up by something so that she couldn't move.

“Wha..?”

She tried to move her arms but they were tightly tied by something.
