Book 9: Chapter 479: Emperor Alfred the Thirds Troubles and the Undercurrents in the Gabriel Empires Capital

At the Gabriel Empire's capital, Gabriels City's (Sword Capital) royal palace, Emperor Alfred the Third sat on his throne with a downcast look on his face.
