Well, it wasn't that Sunghee was trying to defend Sejin. Even if they were sleeping together, Sunghee still could find many faults with Sejin's appearance and personality. He seemed to lack basic social skills and his sense of fashion was horrendous. Sejin also rarely raised his head up to face people in the office. Yet when they were alone in her bed, he seemed to become chatty all of a sudden. More specifically, he became an excellent conversationalist during the rest periods between their bouts of wild sex. In American TV shows and novels, women often complained of men falling asleep right after sex. This was certainly not the case with Sejin. In fact, it was Sunghee who wanted to get some sleep. She has been feeling tired constantly ever since she began sleeping with Sejin.

So  why didn't Sejin use his conversation skills at work? He must know that everyone thought he was strange, so why didn't he do something about it? 

And even more importantly… Why was she getting angry about it? Sunghee couldn't understand her own feelings, but one thing was for sure. She was definitely angry at AND for Sejin. 

She glared at him in the office. Sejin raised his eyebrows a few times in confusion, as if to ask her what was wrong, but he didn't say anything. It was probably because she made him promise not to act any differently around her at the office.

After two more unproductive meetings, everyone went for dinner and came back to work. They worked till ten to finally complete the first draft of their portfolio. No one at the office has ever seen Min Seungju acting this demanding, but it helped them to get the work done. Yura and Sunghee were responsible for working on the design portion. When the time passed eleven, Sunghee began to fall asleep. Yura was in no better condition. 

“Miss Jo Sunghee! Miss Jung Yura!”

When Min Seungju's voice rang angrily, both women flinched. The male coworkers, who looked just as tired as them, glanced at the girls furtively. Seungju glared at them with sharp eyes.

“Stop dozing off. I'm begging you. Go out to get some fresh air and come back.”

“This is just like high school all over again.”

Yura grumbled in a low voice loud enough for only Sunghee to hear. Sunghee was so tired that she didn't even have the energy to laugh. Sunghee slowly trudged out of the office while Yura only stretched and remained seated in her chair. 

Because of her makeup, Sunghee couldn't wash her face. So instead, she wet a paper towel and pressed it on her face. When she looked at herself in the mirror, she could see her eyes closing slowly. She, and everyone else at the office, was not in the right condition to work. So why was Seungju forcing them to do this? It would've been better for everyone to get a good night's sleep and return tomorrow to finish. They could probably work better and faster with clearer minds. 

But the deadline for their portfolio was tomorrow afternoon, so… Sunghee understood why Seungju was doing this. They had no other choice.

Her team was the only one that still remained working on the fifth floor of their building. The hallway was eerily quiet. She suspected there were others working late on the other floors, but it still felt upsetting that they were the only ones still working on the fifth floor. 

“I wanna go home.”

Sunghee sighed and walked out of the washroom when suddenly, someone grabbed her and pushed her back inside. Before she could figure out what was happening, she was shoved into one of the stalls. The moment she realized it was Sejin, he turned her around and covered her mouth with his hand.

“I better keep the promise I made you earlier today.”

Promise? What promise? She couldn't remember any promise they made that day! 

But he pushed his chest onto her back and used his free hand to unzip her pants. His hand snuck inside hurriedly. 

He was going to do this here? Now?

Sejin sniggered and whispered, 

“Let's see if it really works to help eliminate drowsiness.”

He kissed the back of her neck as his finger found her still-sore nucleus between her legs. Sunghee's legs flinched, and she tried to escape him, but there was nowhere to go in the tiny bathroom stall. 

They couldn't do it here! Not like this! He promised that they would never do it in their office! Sunghee bit his finger in her mouth hard.

“Ouch! You're so mean. Don't! Don't bite me!”

When one of his fingers entered deep inside of her suddenly, Sunghee couldn't help but gasp out loud. She gave a small scream. Taking this as his chance, Sejin lowered his finger that was in her mouth. He used his hand to hold her chin and whispered, 

“You can't scream here or else, everyone at the office is going to hear you. So you better keep quiet. Or not. It's your choice.”

“What do you think you're doing? We can't do this here… This is…”

“I'm telling you it's gonna work. Trust me.”

He rubbed her tight entrance while he used the other finger to caress her swollen nub. Before she could say anything else, Sunghee began to feel herself becoming wet. Her lower tummy began to tighten and her thighs became weak. When his thumb and index finger pinched the sensitive flesh, Sunghee shuddered and leaned back against him.

“Hush. Don't make a sound, Sunghee.”

Sejin moved his hand on her chin to push two of his fingers into her mouth. Automatically, Sunghee began to suckle them, enjoying the strange salty taste. She grabbed onto his arm for support as she felt her whole body weaken. His hand inside her panties moved to bring out the heat from deep inside. The spot between her legs began to get slippery, making Sejin chuckle. 

“Three minutes. That's all I need to get you going. People won't think it's strange if we're missing for three minutes, so don't worry and just enjoy the ride, Sunghee.”
