The next moment, Ye Peicheng’s lips suddenly raised to an unforgettable smile, like the spring wind that lightly rippled a quiet lake’s surface, causing the water to waver at its presence.

He raised the girl’s chin slightly with his fingertips and bent down.

As the tips of their nose touched, Qiao Moyu suddenly felt the man’s clear breath. She could no longer see the sunshine ahead and only sensed that their lips were very close, as if it could touch by just a slight movement.

“I’m sorry.” His voice was very low, just like the day when he first met her on set. But this time, because they ‘kissed,’ their hearts raced as they blushed.

“It’s nothing.” Her volume was also very low; it was charming and gentle, as if the mists and rain fell lightly on the bluestone road, causing a light dampness.

Only the two of them could hear their conversation, as if they were listening to a quiet melody.

When Ye Peicheng finally let go of Qiao Moyu, the two of them straightened their posture.

Under the stage, there was a loud cheer: “A good match for each other! It’s so sweet!”

Someone from the audience asked, “Film Emperor Ye, did you really kiss her just now?” From the audience’s point of view, it looked like they really kissed, but they could have faked it with a stage technique.

Ye Peicheng replied with a meaningful smile: “Ling Cang kissed Zi Yan.”

It was a kiss because his lips touched Qiao Moyu’s. However, he didn’t say that he kissed her, which left everyone feeling unsure of what he meant.
