Stopping by a food stall, the middle-aged man with a simpatic face while wearing his dark-blue suit spoke to the woman at stall, "I would like two hot-dogs and uma can of cola."
"Understood." With nimble movements of a cultivator in the super-human realm, the ingredients jumped and organized in the air before falling into each large bread. At the same time, she summoned a can of cola from the bracelet in her arm and handed it to him.
"It will be ten copper coins." A single coin appeared out of thin air and he passed to the woman who was just about to say he had forgotten to pay the rest when she noticed the silver luster of the coin. It was not a copper coin but a silver coin!
One silver coin was about a fifty copper coins but some people would not even exchange for a hundred coins. Scared by the value of the coin she received, she searched the man to return his coin but he had vanished while a huge crowd appeared in his place.
Finally reaching the tallest building in the city, today known as the Zetrad Palace. The place where congress would gather every morning to discuss the political issues of the nation. In the past, this majestic place was the palace where the royal family of all the previous kingdoms lived but this had changed since the rise of the congress twenty years ago which made the fall of the royal family possible.
"Welcome my Lord, all the other lords are waiting for you in the chamber." Said a female Secretary as she walked in between the crowd of people that started gathering around him.
"I understand."Nodding with his head, he looked at the crowd around him and said,"I'm happy everyone is doing their part to make this world better. Keep up the good work, I should go now. There are many important people like me waiting for me."
As he walked away, Elijah followed him while observing the unknown faces trying to see if there was someone he knew.

Hours later, when everyone walked out of the chamber, the middle-aged man received a call that made his harden his face before he took a cab to outside the city. There, a white-haired man with eyes colder than ice had his eyes lit when he saw the middle-aged man.
"Hello Edward. How many years had it been exactly?" It was possible to see a friendly tone of voice while he spoke with Edward, the total opposite of his cold stare.
"Don't play with me Biman or I should say Hamon. Since when your family started making missions here again? I remember this world was given to me by you when I helped break your seal and then kill your brother. Why are you here now?" Edward spoke with a hint of anger behind his eyes, it was clear that seeing the person here made him angry.
"It is not my family that send me here. I'm here to return the favor I owe you and could not pay since you were arrested by that old bitch..." Coughing a few times, he continued: "Let me get to the point, are you still searching for the Chintamani Stone?"
"Do you know where it is?!" Edward nearly jumped when he heard about the stone. Since he freed himself, he could not hear any news about the stone until now.
"Of course."Taking a glass of wine and drinking it, Biman spoke: "One week ago, one of my man who was passing by Peuh heard that the Mortal Alliance discovered the tomb of a god some time ago and that they will start spreading in a week's time about an auction with the items found in the expedition and guess wha..."
"The Chintamani Stone will be there?" Edward cuted Biman's words. He had lost his composure while his face returned to normal as he could not hold the illusion in this state of mind.
"Well, yes. At least it was what I have been informed of. The auction will be held in one month time in the headquarters of the mortal alliance. I know spacecraft passages are really expensive those days a thought of taking you with me in the Mephisto-x79 I bought."
"Okay then, lets see each other in a few days. I've to take care of a few things before I go." After having news about the stone, many thoughts clouded his head and he changed faces visit the nightclub near his the gates to his house to clear his mind a little before returning home.
Eduard lived in a huge villa inside a particular alternate plane called Pale Snow Fields, a dimension with artificial climate that can only be reached by the gate in the plaza. Other rich people also had their own alternate planes where they lived with their families. Edward's place was huge, with a dozen pavilions, towers, chambers, a small field where he uses to plant special herbs but for some reason he was all alone in this place.
Opening a secret passage, Edward dropped a few levels before a dark and cold prison chamber where a thin figure inside a huge ice pillar could be seen.
Cie! A icy-blue mini-sun appeared behind his back with a powerful and cold aura. The huge pillar broke in a thousand pieces, revealing the figure. It was not possible to see if it was a man or a woman as the figure was in a in a completely unrecognizable estate.
All nails ripped from his fingers, his skin had been torn and ripped out leaving only the bloody flesh behind, the tongue had been cut together with his eyes, nose and ears. No matter what it was before, it was definitely not human now, however his body kept alive in the matter how much it had been hurt in what seemed to be years of torture.
"Well, it looks like his spirit had finally broken. It looks like being forced to kill his own little sister had been too much for his mind to take. At least it was worth to fake his death so I could play with him a little more." Edward looked down to see a couple bones in the ground near bloodstains on the walls.
"Fourth prince, this is what happens to the ones who provoke this demon. If you haven't touched her with those paws of yours while trying to reach me, your whole family could be kept alive. Now, I'm going to take the finale treasure that will let me bring back the girl whose life you took and when I find out who told you about me..." After transmitting his message to the prince, he continued. "Haha! Can you see, everything was for nothing!"
Bang!
The prince's body was impaled by an ice stake before he exploded into a pool of blood. After finishing him, Edward observed his surrounding and contemplating what he did, he laughed with satisfaction before walking away leaving Elijah behind in deep thought.
