@@"Let's go shall we?" Gradis smiled, dipping her gun in Regan's blood and placing it in Regan's hands. Then she washed her hands and turned to leave.

Regan laid in her pool of blood as her pain numbed as her life slipped away.

She watched Gradis turn and walked out the door and Damien followed behind her. He stopped and walked back to her kneeling beside her and leaned into her ear.

"I'm sorry, this is the best I can do, hopefully, you meet something better in your next life… I love you," he whispered before turning around to leave.

The floor clicked and Regan laid there in silence. Seconds ticking away as the grandfather clock's ticks filled up the room with a melancholy rhythm. Tears ran down Regan's eyes as her body slowly shut off. Her legs numbing out of existence, her arms and hand losing the feel of the gun forced into her hand, the pain in her side slowly dripping away, her heart throbbing to a slowed rhythm, slowly stopping and her eyes let go of one last hot tear before shutting in pain. She wanted to say she regretted it all… she wanted to go back in time and stop everything from happening, stop herself from her foolish mistakes. But as she laid there slowly drifting away she only wanted one thing.

"Come back, please, don't leave me here,"

A loud BANG was the last thing she heard. The room melted away and just like that she was erased.
