Kibo was astonished, Navi continued to inform him that the treasures would eventually form item spirits as he nurtures and helps the item advance through its levels of power; if he nurtured the Magatamas long enough they would become Relic Ranked Items in the future.
Kibo tested out his abilities and used a simple Shadow Clone Jutsu without his hand signs, the image of the Tiger hand seal appeared on the surface of the two treasures giving the same power boost to Jutsus but without making the signs himself. Kibo jumped up in down in joy. "Such an incredible ability." He sent the Clone to complete his 2nd given mission to cure the villagers by completely absorbing the Dark Chakra that had been implanted inside them.
After he calmed down he used a Fire Jutsu to remove the filth from Shinnō's finger bone, and washed with a Water Jutsu, Kibo then activated his Tengan and viewed Shinnō's history. After copying down his Jutsu's Kibo learned of his plan and the army he had amassed so far to attack the Konohagakure, since they all participated in the destruction and mindless slaughter of innocent civilians; Kibo had no qualms about slaughtering the remnants of the Village hidden in the Sky, he was glad that there were no innocents amongst them as he headed into the hidden entrance to the flying village.
After traversing inside he was met with many obstructions such as traps and foolish Sky Nin, Kibo pulled out Fujin and Raijin and began slaughtering everyone inside of the place, he made sure to not to leave any loose ends as moved from room to room killing everything in sight. After 3 hours and several hundred dead bodies, Kibo had stopped and carried the corpses outside and burnt them using a powerful fire to incinerate them into dust.
Kibo moved to the engine room and began his repairs; after several days the clone he sent out to cure the villagers had completed its mission and dissipated. Kibo smiled as he held a strange ticket in his hand "Navi what is this?' He asked in confusion "Host should wait until activating this ticket. It will transport you to a random location to perform an Immortal Ranked Quest. Host should increase strength before attempting to take on a quest of this level."
Kibo looked surprised and said "Even with my strength taking on such a quest is too much for me? Hmm. Well, this makes things interesting, to think there was something on this world that can classify as an Immortal Ranked Quest."
When Navi suddenly interrupted his thought process "Host should know that this planet is not the limit for a target location provided by mission tickets and that an Immortal Ranked Mission Tickets can summon a challenge to this world, the host must be very careful when using this item." Kibo was once again surprised as he put the ticket away and continued to work on the flying fortress.
After studying the runes and using he Tengan to read the history of this places creation, he discovered that this fortress didn't even belong to the Sky people, they robbed it from an Immortal Village that was dedicated to building magical and Immortal items, the whole engine was their greatest accomplishment it could use the energy from Chakra Crystals to power its functions, and since they relied on Immortal energy and remained unknowing of their own Chakra, the Chakra Crystals were mostly used for crafting and powering their creations.
He sighed as he watched a group of Ōtsutsuki Gods easily destroy the Immortal Sect; it appeared they paid special attention to this place as they sent a squad of six gods to destroy and rob them. Luckily the engine was damaged and went unnoticed, several thousand years later the Sorakage found the remains of the fortress and took possession of it, after two generations they managed to figure out how to slightly repair and operate it.
They fought in the Second Shinobi World War, and their hidden village was destroyed by Konohagakure for challenging the Five Great Shinobi Countries, but the fortress and remnants of the country's citizens survived; Shinnō included.
It wasn't until Shinnō discovered the Zero-Tails that he began this operation, unfortunately for him, Kibo completely ended his schemes in their tracks. Kibo continued to repair the fortress, thanks to his Jutsu, and a great number of materials, he managed to return the fortress to its original appearance before the fall of the Immortals.
An entire month had passed as he stood in front of the massive chamber filled with Fūin markings, at the center of the hollowed out sphere Kibo stood in front of a massive 18-foot pillar with a circular impression on it, pulling out a Phoenix and Dragon Tear and he smiled as he slammed them together.
A bright light covered the room as the seals began glowing and rapidly rotating around the surface of the interior, the Chakra Crystal melded into a single massive crystal as Kibo placed it into the engine's core and watched as the ground began to shake, a screen popped up in front of him and had an ancient language from the age of Immortals running across it, thankfully Kibo's Tengan made him a hacking god. He quickly bypassed all the defenses and even managed to program the current day language into it.
After registering him as the new master of the fortress Kibo felt a psychic connection to the flying island, he could operate every function and application that the mobile city had. Kibo added many things during its repair, such as a waste disposal; using his new knowledge of Fūin Jutsu thanks to the Ryu Clan's ancestors he could now seal any element he could create.
For instance, he made a sewage system like the one he made back at his Immortal Village, by sealing his dust release into the Fūin carvings when the chamber is full it would turn their waste into microparticles and erases it from the world. After taking care of that he did the same for their trash site and even made a water recycling and treatment center that used several Water Fūin Jutsus to purify their drinking water.
Kibo smiled happy about his accomplishment sent it into Seiryu's realm and swapped places with a clone back at the Immortal Village, and dispersed the clone so he could be filled in all that occurred during his absence.
As a bonus, this clone managed to master a new colored fire, Suzaku's Green Heart Flames; these flames were able to heal wounds of severe and life-threatening damage. It could even heal mortal wounds; as long as they had life remaining in them, and it could even reattach limbs as long as the appendages weren't completely destroyed they could be fully recovered. Although the emerald flames don't recover Chakra or Stamina, it only heals.
As he appeared he discovered that the village had managed to settle down quite well, they all had joyous expressions and all of them were keeping busy. One of the clones had brought out the Ryu Clan's old currency and gave it to them to start opening up shops and creating a civilization, he also taught them many different occupations; so they actually managed to build a decent society out of the knowledge he provided them with.
Whenever he passed by any villagers, he was met with a bow of respect, Kibo smiled at them and bowed back. When he had reached the center of the village he entered into a massive empty circular area that was around 402 acres.
He left this place untouched so he could add one more object to the village. Standing at the center of the area he waved his hand as a tree rapidly grew, it shot into the sky and grew well over a few hundred feet, it didn't stop as it barely touched the clouds, at the base of the trunk he made four 9 layered massive Pagodas, each of them had a statue on top of them in the shape of the 4 Sacred Beast and were facing their cardinal directions. He threw in some rare materials to the statues and made some Fūin marking that attached them to the Array's functions.
A powerful energy synchronized with the array and improved several times, it gave the Array 4 unique mass Jutsus to use; Genbu's Shell was altered the barrier over the village making it thousands of times stronger than it was before. Byakko's Claws was a purely offensive attack, it focused the entire arrays power into a single focal point and shifted all the energy into a powerful Void attack in the shape of a tiger's claw. Seiryu's enriched the land and its water as it is always active, and Suzaku's formation used his Green Heart Flames to heal those who became citizens of the village. Of course, they would have to wear his Village symbol to be marked as a person to be healed, as he planned to put the array marker inside the forehead protectors.
On the surface of the Tree he placed down his Deluxe Training Center as two massive 8 foot double doors appeared, that was flat and without decoration, but Kibo fixed that as he spread the tree's bark into an intricate design in the shape of the four beasts surrounding a black and white Magatama he carved out of metal.
After smiling at the design he walked inside, the room was similar to his previous training facility, but it was much bigger and had completely stocked living quarters, including thousands of rooms that had all the necessities for living in them, such as a comfortable bed, bathroom, and dressers. An incredibly large central dining area and kitchen reminded him of a rich university's cafeteria; the kitchen seemed to always be magically stocked with S Ranked Chakra Beast Meats, and various other Chakra enriched cooking ingredients. There was also a large library that had a many empty scrolls sitting along an unimaginably big wall, he picked up a scroll and thought of writing down his Justus and Immortal Arts in them when the scroll began to record his thoughts. Kibo was slacked jawed as the complete works of the shadow clone Jutsu appeared.
"This is amazing!" Kibo shouted before putting back the scroll, once he did the scroll teleported to a section of the shelves that had a plank over it with the words A Ranked Jutsus written on it. Kibo smiled as he began pouring all his techniques into the scrolls, from D Ranked Jutsus to Immortal arts filled the shelves with hundreds of techniques.
Kibo laughed as he left the room, he then headed towards a central training room, there was a large circular room that had 12 doors around him there was three that stood out amongst the rest; they had the Kanji for Mind, Power, and Body. Kibo looked to the rest which was all doors had the words Path of Illusion, Energy, Soul, Land, Sea, Sky, Beast, Abyss and the Path of Divine written on them.
Navi quickly informed him that the eight Pathways were comprehension training grounds that can help increase the affinities towards certain elements; they can even provide acceleration towards certain Kekkei Genkais forming naturally.
Kibo smiled as he looked to the three in the center and asked: "What about these?"
