An Extreme Yang-Yin Source Pond formed around his Dao Tree and inside the pond were two Pearls that represented Passive Yin-Yang, Rei had the same only the Source Pool was Passive Yin-Yang and the pearls were Yang-Yin based.
Kibo watched as new schools popped up over the course of the 7 years of training, the people of Earth went from regular mortals to achieving the Peak of Mortal Foundation in the first year alone.
In order to reach the peak of Mortal Foundation, one had to develop their Heavenly Essence to 10 Times Kage Level or higher, the higher the quantity, the better the deeper their talent is; for instance, Kibo had around 150 Times Kage Level before he became an Immortal, while Madara in glory years had 125 Times Kage Level.
Once they've filled up their 1st Dantian with Heavenly Essence, only then could they open their second Dantian and become Immortals.
One can continue to cultivate Heavenly Essence even after they've filled their Mortal Dantian, by doing this, they can increase the purity of their Heavenly Essence, making it denser and on par with those like Madara, even though they have less overall Essence.
Kibo had both a lot, and it was terrifyingly dense, this was why Kibo was so overpowered when he achieved Initial Immortal Stage, Even if there were thousands of Madaras' he wouldn't be able to so much as scratch Kibo.
The Immortal levels were Immortal Foundation, Dao Seeking, and Manifestation, after their Manifestation Lightning Tribulations, they became Ascension Immortals, also known as, True Immortals. From then on, the Dao Tree Sprout would grow until all of the Dao seedlings bore fruit.
In just 10 total years since Kibo left, most of the Cultivators had accomplished becoming Golden Core Grade Immortals, however, many of them experience their own bottlenecks in the Dao Seeking Phase, here their cultivation slowed.
Only those that managed to reach the Dao Seeking Stage were allowed to enter the time chamber to advance their cultivation levels.
Outside 7 Years passed, inside the Time Chamber, more than 5 thousand years had passed, and in this period, only 3 True Gods level Cultivators were born.
Although they rushed their cultivation, compromising their own talents, with Kibo's methods they managed to help them maintain a solid enough foundation to recover in time.
The new True Gods knew they were sacrificing their future cultivation speed by advancing so quickly, but they chose to put everything on the line to support the next generation.
In Essence Cultivation only, altogether, there were 3 True Gods, 5 Mid-Gods, 20 Minor Gods, and hundreds of Minute Gods.
Kibo's Ancestor Chu Hoshi, Madara's father Tajima Uchiha, and Toneri Hyuga, who abandoned the Otustuski name, all advanced to True God-Level, but were still slightly weaker than Kibo.
It could take hundreds of thousands of years for them to regain their Cultivation growth speed and Essence density, but none of them regretted it at all. They felt like they were making amends for their old ways, giving them a better future for everyone to cultivate in peace.
The Five Mid-Gods were the old Sandaime Kages, Hokage Sarutobi, Raikage A Senior, Tsuchikage Onoki, Kazekage Susanami, and Mizukage Mizuo Umi. (The last two didn't have known names, so I gave them one.)
The twenty Minor Gods were, Shikaku Nara and his wife Yoshino Nara, Inoichi Yamanaka and his wife (once again. no name) Suisen Yamanaka, Mai, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Minato Namikaze and his wife Kushina Namikazi, Kakashi, Kahyō, Obito Uchiha, Ren Uchiha, Zabuza Mizuoni, Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju, Madara Uchiha, Izuna Uchiha.
Those that reached Minor God had cultivated with ease, unlike those who forced breaking through to True God, the Minor Gods had a stable foundation, everyone else was at the peak of Minute God was the same.
The next day, a tournament was held, thousands of Cultivators came across the world to watch their disciples participate; since the number of people applying was so large, Clone-Kibo created a set of Golden Steps that would eliminate those without the proper talent or power.
There were 12 steps and each emitted terrifying pressure, that could even cripple those who weren't careful enough, but, if they didn't try and force their progress and stopped to cultivate, the pressure became useful for cultivation, it could improve their foundations and Heavenly Essence density.
Within 10 hours, the list was shortened to the 80 most powerful youths on Earth.
The five nations candidates then participated in a group battle that had 10 people on it per stage, the fighting would continue until only a total of twenty participants were left, once that happened the matches were stopped, regardless of who was remaining on the different stages, all combat would be stopped.
Kibo set it up this way so that it showed fairness and cooperation between different nations and sects in case of emergency, being able to work with an enemy is useful, and it would help develop good relations with other Cultivators from different Sects.
However, it appeared this year no one understood the meaning behind Kibo's methods and went all out.

Many people from the other nations felt a little depressed that other than Konkuro's daughter, all the other prodigies were knocked out in the 2nd round of the preliminaries.
They had the misfortune of being placed in the same ring alongside Kibo's children. The draw to the platforms was completely random, Kibo made sure to enforce the ticket box with powerful arrays to prevent cheating.
Afterward, the true tournament began, the fighting of the young prodigies was a worthy sight to behold, everyone fought their hardest, yet in the end, it was brought down the final ten competitors.

The first fight was, Tenai V.S Brant Lee.

It was called the 9 Lotus Transformation Physique, and it had a total of 18 Transformations, nine that start from the Mortal Foundation level, and Nine throughout the God Levels.

During this process, their Physique could transform nine times, each time their body is destroyed on a molecular level and rebuilt using superior Cultivation Essence, all the way until they reach God Hood.
When they become Minute Gods, those that practice the Nine Lotus Transformation Cultivation Method, have their cultivation speed slow down a bit because they have to absorb a ridiculous amount of Godly Essence, but the upside is that the Tribulations they summon helps them gain insights towards unshackling their Heavenly Restraints.
While Rock Lee was only a Minute God Body Practitioner, his physique had the strength of Three broken Heavenly Restraints, and his son was just a step away from having the strength of single broken Heavenly Restraint.
Although Brant Lee had his fathers new Bruce Lee style looks, he had his mothers good looks, making him seem like a young handsome Scion.
The two participants stepped up onto the stage and heard a scream of cheers coming from the crowd.
They face one another and bowed respectfully as they unleashed their God Arts.
Lee Jr's speed was blinding, however, the moment he got close to Tenai, countless branches broke through the earth and started to wrap up his feet.
Brant grinned and kicked upward and caused the branches to combust as it shot flaming debris into the sky.
With a simple wave if his fist, space trembled and sent a gust of wind towards Tenai.
Tenai made a series of hand signs and created an army of Sand Shukakus to take the blow, the army was decimated by the force from the blow, only to send sand flying everywhere before Tenai reshaped them into pure stone golems.
Next, she created an entire set of Wood-Sand soldiers with different rankings, her foot soldiers were made of Golden Wood-Sand, her commanders made of Iron Wood-Sand, and her generals made Adamantium Wood-Sand, lastly was her king and queen were made of both made out of a branch from the World Tree and Chaos Steel Sand.
They quickly formed into a grand formation and surrounded Brant, the entire army began spewing out God Arts and bombarding the young martial artist with dozens of Sand-Wood Arrows.
Brant jumped up and kicked out causing a massive tornado to appear around his body, the arrows were swept away but the formation held strong.
Brant rushed out into the army and started to pulverize the golems with his bare fists.
A powerful Martial Intent gathered around his fist as Brant shouted, "Primary Lotus Fist! Flamming Hammer!"
A massive flaming lotus appeared from the tip of his knuckles and crashed into the bulk of Tenai's army.
Tenai reacted quickly, she changed her hand sign and shifted the Army Formation into defense mode, they gathered and melded together to form giant Sand-Trents with kite-shields for their bodies.
The Primary Lotus Fist was shattered but not stopped as Brant jumped over with a spiraling flying kick, "Secondary Lotus Kick! Spiral Leaf Drill"
