Prologue 6: And Process Complete

(Vectis' POV)

Among the many celestial beings in the Omniverse, I Vectis Eros Lux, have always been one of the more carefree and free-spirited ones, after all, I was the Celestial of Lust! My time was spent mostly having fun and quite literally fucking around, from single to married, none of those ladies were truly outside my reach.

The problem was as you would imagine, I made many enemies because of my escapades, and they finally had enough of me. Joining hands in the biggest army to have ever pursued me, they managed to heavily injure me to the point of no return.

The vessel I used as a body was beyond saving and if I didn't want my soul to be captured and thrown into Oblivion, I had no choice but to enter the cycle of reincarnation.

It was going to save me, but it was a solution that came with the consequence of taking away all of my powers, I can at best keep my memories intact if I do this since I will be sacrificing my status as a celestial to do so... Unfortunately, it's that or Absolute annihilation, which doesn't leave me with much of a choice.

Let's look at things from a positive side, not only do I get a second chance at creating my Celestial form, but I also get the chance to correct my worst mistake... Ignoring combat prowess when I was still a mortal, making it impossible for me to reach higher than the minimum for Celestials.

Because of that, I refused to have any deeper connection to any of the women I was involved with and even made they it so they could never love me... This time, I'll make myself a proper celestial and... I might even be able to go for the world fragments...

Just imagine, me reaching the Throne of Omnipotence... Well, it is good to have ambition, it will help me stay focused... As focused as someone like me can stay.

Without hesitating any longer I threw my soul into the reincarnation stream as my celestial vessel stayed behind and my celestial energy slowly faded to 0.

All the work I had put in to become the pinnacle had gone to waste. At least I now had the chance to become an Anti-God, yeah I should focus on the opportunities I gained, not the hard work I lost.

My soul traveled and passed many planets none of them piquing my interest until I came across an unusually familiar feeling of attraction, which I decided to follow since looking for a perfect planet and vessel would take forever.

Plus if I'm not quick with it a Celestial with a domain in reincarnation might notice me and by then it's over. Even though I couldn't use my powers anymore, I still had an understanding of how to do many things and spiritual movement is something that every Celestial has to learn very early on, and most even learn it while they are still mortals.

Though mortals without the experience of a Celestial wouldn't be able to do what I'm doing.

It was not hard to get passed the atmosphere of the planet in this spiritual form, but it will certainly be more demanding to pass through the manasphere right below it.

Even though spiritual and magical energy are very different, they can interact with one another and affect each other, though magic energy definitely affects spiritual energy on a much larger scale than it is the other way around.

As expected the manasphere showed resistance to my entrance since there was no pathway created for my soul to just breeze through.

I was forcefully entering and could very well be intercepted and stopped by the celestials in charge of this planet, but they tend to not interfere unless it is at least a country-level threat and even then, they don't interfere directly unless it's a planetary-level threat or change, so it's highly unlikely.

The process was long and growling, if I had to guess I would say I spent at least 8 months on this planet trying to get through the damned manasphere.

From then on it was easy and I soon found my way to the feeling of familiarity which was unexpectedly in a woman's womb... A baby? There's no way it's an ordinary baby if it's getting a reaction from me.

Having no time to waste, I moved in and found myself in a very empty mindscape. It seemed to belong to a human man in his early thirties.

"Hahaha! I hit the jackpot this time. The body of an otherwolder is always a plus... Especially considering its reincarnator..." I couldn't care less about what was going on with this guy, but I was very much against ungratefulness, so since I'm taking all this from the guy, I can at least accomplish whatever simple dreams the human man had. I was already going to get his memories anyway.

Judging from the manasphere and what I saw of this world, it seems to be an archaic magic-focused planet more in line with what was the medieval times or fantasy world according to Haru's memories.

Having that in mind, it seems the universe I'm currently in has mana as its main energy. Unfortunately, since I was using the reincarnation stream to travel and the fact I'm no longer a Celestial, make it basically impossible to find out where in the omniverse I would be.

Having a magical universe as my starting point isn't too bad, it's better than starting in a cultivation universe or a Superpowered universe. Mana should have great potential and be easier to use than the other fundamental energies of the Omniverse.

Anyway, I can worry about that later, now for the main reason, I came here. The familiar feeling I sensed. I decided to analyze the body and soul, just before I made it mine.

"Where am I?" I questioned as the light died out and I finally see that I was no longer in my room.

"Welcome dear Player... Or should I refer to you as OmniLayer69?" A gargantuan beautiful woman said as she looked at me with her mesmerizing galaxy-like eyes.

"... That was my username after all... But what exactly is going on?" I couldn't help but ask.

"To put it simply, you were the first one to complete all the mini-stories to their true endings without cheating or giving up midway through some of them.

"So, I chose you as the candidate for Ruler of the Omniverse as my Emperor... Well, you are the candidate of your multiverse at least... I'm sure you're familiar with the fact that in the game, there were 8 multiverses, but in reality, there are beyond 16 of them. Yours being one of them." She explained her voice melting into my insides and making me very aroused... If this keeps up I might unload just from listing to her voice.

"So, you're saying that I'm in the game's world?" I asked.

"No, basically what happened is that I got tired of ruling over the Omniverse on my own, and the idea of making my own partner just sounds boring.

"After rejeting a few other possible solutions, I decided to make a mortal from each Multiverse a candidate. In your multiverse, the game so happened to be the selection method as it unlike the others is completely unaware of the Omniverse and has none of the omniversal energies actively playing a role in it." She answered as her voice slowly made it too hard to contain as it exploded in my pants.

"So.... I'm going to be fighting over the ruling of the whole Omniverse. How does this work?" I pretended nothing happened and just continued normally.

"How cute... As for the contest itself, as a candidate for the throne of the Omniverse, you get just that.

"The right to ascend to the throne as well as the right to see me. Most beings in the Omniverse think of me the same way humans on earth think of the creator." She replied.

"I see, but how does the ascension work? Is it the same as in Absolute Fantasy?" I questioned.

"Precisely, even though not a perfect representation, that game was mostly accurate." She responded.

"Ok, I just have one more question. What happens to my multiverse if I lose?" I inquired.

"Nothing from my part, it will depend on who becames the ruler of the Omniverse." She clarified.

"Aren't you like Omnipotent? Isn't all this kind of pointless?" I posed my question.

"Well, not entirely... If we go by the real scope of things... Everything is possible and there are possible versions of the future where anyone of you wins or where you weren't even chosen... Though I keep all that at bay and make it a single timeline, as dislike this whole multiple timelines variety, it's too much of a mess." She expressed.

"So, no alternative versions of myself or anything like that?" I wondered.

"There are no different timelines, but there are variants of the same reality, also known as alternative realities. So you might or not meet other versions of you. Don't worry, there's only one of me. Though there are an infinity of other realities." She answered.

"You seem to not like time travel, is it forbidden?" I asked.

"Not necessarily, but I changed a few of the rules and made it so that all time travel resets everything instead of creating a new timeline or whatever.

"Don't worry though, I'm not affected, and nobody can just time travel. It requires a lot of preparation no matter the method used. Also, if I don't like it, I'll just send that b*tch to deal with it." She responded.

"B*tch?..." I was curious.

"Some call her Mother Time, others Chronoa, and some even Lady Time. She is the Comic Law of time. The concept personified and as I mentioned before, she's a b*tch." She expressed.

"How so?" I continue the conversation.

"I just don't personally like her due to past conflict, but from what I heard one of her favorite hobbies is to pick young Celestials from well-known factions and then have sex with them, only to freeze them in the state of edging while she takes care of herself and then just leaves. She usually doesn't unfreeze them unless they butter her up and move according to her whims, she does this quite a lot." She told me.

"As in frozen in the state of anticipation before relief?" I had to know. In response, she simply nodded her head.

"Wow... She really is a b*th... " I had to agree.

"That and her living dildo collection have always been her more well-known devious moves." She added.

"What!?" I couldn't help but ask.

"She collects one specimen of any and all species so long as they have a sexual appendage, then she freezes them in time while it's erect and uses them as dildos.

"Honestly, I don't know what's worse, what she does or the fact that some Celestial use whole planets and even stars as sexual toys." She elaborated.

"Yup... Celestials are just like how they acted in the game. If that's the case, my journey will be quite something." I mumbled to myself.

"Now, I've taken enough of your time, you will soon be born into a magical medieval world with the perks of the two last characters you used, as well as the system I promised you. So, do your best, and don't disappoint me." She said as I once again disappeared and was faced with darkness.

Just as I was about to analyze the body I wanted to steal, something unprecedented happened.

System? What is this all about? Did that guy have any perks I don't know about...

Just as I was trying to interfere my control was stripped away from me and my conciseness began to fade. I wanted to fight, but I no longer had the energy to do so. I'll definitely get you once I recover you bastard!

I couldn't say anything as I began to fade into unconsciousness as soon as she was done talking.

Right after the darkness as I heard the gargantuan Empress's words, more darkness was to be found, but this time I felt warmth around me... Where am I?
