This caused him to hesitate not sure of what to do.

At that time, Alaric felt himself be reinvigorated, as his body was full of energy and even mana.

(It's over you bastard!) Alaric immediately coated himself in mana, especially his right hand and the dagger it was holding before throwing it at the man who was holding his sister hostage, full force.

Like a bullet the dagger flew at high speed through the air, cleaving the man's head in two before he could even react.

As he was hugging her the time a smile formed on his face, but it was short-lived as he remembered the situation and let go of her.

Alaric wanted to take her with him, but it was honestly more dangerous considering there were probably more people inside the cabin.

"… Why… Why did you kill those people?" Lilian seemed to be in shock due to the experience.

"Justice. This is their punishment for kidnapping Crystal and trying to kill us, now just stay here in silence, please." Alaric responded and hurried off.

"Justice… I get it, that's why it's cool because it's Justice…" Lilian mumbled to herself as Alaric left.

(Damn it! I don't have time to waste around! But I'll need a weapon… The dagger didn't look so good after that last throw…) He thought the himself as walked to the big man's body and grabbed the great sword that was massive for his 10-year-old body.

"It's surprisingly light for a great sword... I can even hold it with one hand, whatever! Let's go!" He commented as he started going to the cabin as soon as he got the sword.

Moving as fast as he could, Alaric busted in through the door of the cabin. Inside there were a few women dressed in what seemed like maid outfits all looking at him.

(Maids?… Should I kill them?… I don't have time!) Alaric thought but immediately continued moving.

Ignoring distractions, he immediately moved upstairs at a max speed only to find a hall with a few rooms, and by the end of it, there was a man with a longsword hanging on his waist. It seemed that was the last obstacle between him and saving Crystal.

Zooming through the hall, Alaric easily reached the man, great sword in hand and ready to tear some flesh.

*Clang!*

For the first time, he was met with the metallic vibration of being parried as the man stopped Alaric's attack with his longsword.

"Damn! That's some crazy strength you got there, son. I almost didn't see you coming, but if that's how assassins these days work, things got real sloppy...

"Though one thing's for sure, you're a little monster that would sell for good money... Maybe even worth nurturing myself, oh well, I can think about it once this job's done." The man took a stance and despite his relaxed attitude, his aura was definitely one of a ready warrior.

As soon as he was done talking he charged at Alaric, and he was ready for whatever attack the man threw at him, or at least he believed so.

Doing something completely off Alaric's expectations, the man grabbed his great sword by the blade and pulled him in, and just as he was about to dodge out of the way, he noticed that the man was actually intending to kick him instead.

(This guy is nuts! Get out of my way!) Having no way out, Alaric pushed the greatsword towards the man instead of dodging.

The manʼs eyes widened as he felt the strength pushing him and let go opting to create a bit of distance between the two of them.

"Hahahaha... Not bad, maybe they did teach you something at the thieves' guild, now bleed for me!" Suddenly Alaric felt a surge of mana come from the man and his words put a weird pressure on the boy as he felt his body stiffen as the man approached.

(Move! Move! Move! Move!) Alaric ordered his body as he tried his best to make it move, but it would simply not listen to him at all. This forced him to use a bunch of mana until…

With a lot of effort, he was able to move his arm enough to put the greatsword in the trajectory of the longsword swipe.

*Clang!* *Bam!*

Due to the strength of the blow, Alaric was sent flying against the wall in a very painful impact that caused him to spit a bit of blood.

"Hehe! Gotcha! Newbies always fall for that one, but this is honestly a good catch, it's been a while a since I got my hands on merchandise anywhere this quality! Truly a jackpot!" He started slowly approaching me with his guard still up.

At that point, Alaric was tired of this man and didn't have any more time to waste. So he got up and coated himself in mana fully and then charged at the man.

(You like feints, right? Then catch this one!) Alaric threw the greatsword coated in mana as if it were a spear right at the man, then continued charging forward following it.

"Kid? Do you really think can catch me with such a basic feint?" The man taunted.

"Not if you're not my target." Alaric smiled as the sword was just passed by the man who dodged before noticing.

"Cr*p! The client!" This forced the man to turn around at full speed to catch the sword before it reached the room where his client was taking care of his business.

Without thinking Alaric ran towards him at full speed and using this opening Alaric went in and jumped at the man with a full-force mana-powered punch to the face.

"Try and hit me ! I dare you to!" As the man yelled, once again Alaric could feel the surge of energy coming from the man but his body couldn't and did not want to stop.

(I will!!! So once again, get out of my way!!!) Alaric was not holding back at all.

"It's the end of the game, littl- " Before the man could even finish his next taunt, Alaric already had his fist in the man's face, and immediately the force took him through the door of the room he was protecting.

(Crystal's POV)

In this world, there weren't many things that worried or scared me. I was always the braver sister, between me and Lilian, but today was the day I found that I might not be as strong as I thought I was, cause as I found myself, I felt nothing but fear...

Someone, please help me. That's what I wanted to scream and shout, but I couldn't, not just because of my fear, but because my mouth was gagged.

Get yourself a rich husband, it spares you too much trouble. That was something, my grandmother always said to me, and my sister... Yeah, it made sense to me.

I couldn't explain, but what I knew for sure was that I had never been happier to see him...

Really becoming a nun? What was I thinking? That will never happen... I would be better off dead.

It looks like at the end of the day, he became my hero... Eww, I hate myself for thinking that... But, is it so bad?... Who knows?

As the door fell down with the body of the man, Alaric heard the voice of a child that seemed to be close to his age before looking at the scene of a naked, gagged, and tied up Crystal on the bed with an idiotic-looking scared scumbag on the ground pointing at him.

"I'm going to have fun breaking your bones." Alaric involuntary voiced out of rage. Pulling his hand out of the swordman's body, his hand, and part of his arm were now covered in blood.

Not minding that, he walked toward the little turd on the ground.

"Get a- away from me! You... If you do anything to me my father will definitely use all the family's resources to destroy you! I'm sure that- AAAAAHHHH!!!" Before he could finish saying whatever his idiotic brain had come up with, Alaric punched him knocking him out.

Once he made sure the noble kid couldn't just run away, he turned to Crystal before turning to go get my longsword from the body, she seemed like she wanted to say something, but he came back pretty quickly.

From then it was not hard to cut the rope and cloth restraining Crystal.

She immediately hugged him the hardest she ever did with tears in her eyes, and while he appreciated the moment and gesture, not only was he too mad to enjoy it, but it was not the time or place for that.

"You're still naked." He reminded her as she gently pushed her off himself.

"I don't care! I feel better this way." Contrary to his expectations she kept hugging him.

"Fine, but let's get you some clothes, and get you home." He said but she refused to let go of him, so he had to get her clothes while in this state until she eventually let go of him.

Then he found a different room and took her there. After rummaging around, clothes were found and given to her.

"Now wait here for a bit, I'll be right back." He told her before turning around, but then he got his arm pulled slightly trembling by her trembling hand.

"Don't go... Don't leave me alone..." She looked at him with teary eyes and a level of sincerity, he was not accustomed to seeing from her.

"I promise, I'll be back, I just need to make sure it's safe out there, ok?" He pulled her in for another hug as he explained.

Even so, she refused to let go of him for a bit before he could finally leave the room. From then on, he went downstairs and eliminated all of the maids as unfortunately, they were witnesses.

"Huh! Huh! Huff! Huff!... Stay away from me! You're to regret this when all of your family and frien- AAAAHHH! Stop!" He didn't let him finish his sentence before he broke one of his fingers and continued to do so for every single one of them.

(I wish I could just take my time with this, but I have to take the girls home, and it's too dangerous to just leave him here, so I have to end this here and now.) Alaric thought to himself looking at the trash in front of him.

Once he saw the face of pain and fear after he broke all his fingers, Alaric made the last move with the longsword he got from the swordsman guy, raising the sword to end it.

"What?!" His eyes were blinded as a strong light came from the noble kid's body and before he knew it, the kid was gone.

"Damn it! Teleportation magic! Of course, a rich kid had a life-saving item! I was too angry to think about it! Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!" Alaric was furious with this outcome and even began destroying the room to let out his anger.

Once he finally calmed down, he stopped.

(A waste, I'll have to be more careful as well as ready for that bastard's revenge. A pity I killed the maids, they didn't have to die if it was just going to end this way. I'll have to become stronger so I'll never have to kill unless I want to.) Alaric knew this would definitely come back to him eventually and was ready, decided to kill that guy with his very own hands.

After that, he got the swordsman's body and kept it in his inventory.

Then he went to go get Crystal and took her to where Lilian was.

"Crystal!!! I'm so sorry! I'm so, so, so, so sorry!" Lilian was crying her eyes out as she hugged Crystal.

"I'm sorry too, it was my idea to do this. I was stupid to do it and to drag you with me." Crystal was also crying as she hugged Lilian.

While that was going on he told them to wait and went to get the bodies of all the other people he killed and kept them in my inventory with all the blood as well.

That done, he went to get the girls.

On the way home, they were both clinging to each other as if they were glued together.

It was then that he knew it was going to be something to live in his house now. Honestly, he just hoped nobody checked his room yet, or he'd have a lot of explaining to do.
