Overlord in Cultivation Chapter 15: To Transform a Shape by Qi

Su Yan left the Underground Chamber of Commerce (UCC), and walked around the Base for several times. Seeing that no one was following him, he rushed immediately towards his destination. He successfully arrived at the grotto where he had hidden the beast kings. No accident happened along the way as the overmatches of the UCC had wiped out all the beats in this area.

“Here we go!”

Su Yan’s eyes were full of excitement and expectation, anxious to know what level he would reach at the Awakening Realm, namely the Incipient Realm.

Cleaning up the flesh of the Golden-feathered Eagle and the Water & Fire Snake, Su Yan started the barbecue. These two fierce beast kings contained powerful blood and essence. Eating the meat, he could gain at least dozens of horsepower.

Su chuckled gleefully, closed his eyes and enjoyed the meat that would cost tens of thousands of Huaxia Coins in restaurants. Fortunately, the flesh of a Golden-feathered Eagle was so much that could support him for a long time.

Su had a braying laugh and he felt stronger than before for the nourishment of essence and blood, but it could not satisfy his demands.

Ma Zhoushan, a heavily armored and serious-looking man, arrived at the place where the Vermilion Fruit Tree was.

“Boss, signs of fierce fighting were everywhere, probably caused by the two beast-kings. We also found Tong Gaoyang’s body and his communicator.”

He Zhi was so angry to see the remains of his cousin’s body, the first thing he suspected was Su Yan. Tong Gaoyang had been sending him a message , then he had an accident. Su Yan must have done it.

A fierce mastiff having an acute sense of smell and looking robust followed behind He Zhi. It could find Su Yan by sniffing.

His eyes snapped open with glaring light. Su Yan took out the barbecued Water & Fire Snake, which tasted unexpectedly delicious and contained qi-blood more powerful than that of the Golden-Feathered Eagle.

Su had a sense of ice and fire after eating more meats, sometimes feeling extremely cold and sometimes feeling extremely hot.

That shocked him. The flesh of the Water and Fire Snake must be very valuable. If sold out, he could gain tens of millions of Huaxia Coins. He could only take out a Vermilion Fruit, put it in his mouth, then chewed it and swallowed it. Before he could taste it, his body began to make loud noises because the fruit was too powerful. He was probably going to get blown up. His body, however, gushed out a devouring power, frantically and greedily absorbing the energy of the Vermilion Fruit, more quickly than he had expected. And the tremendous vital essence the fruit had was quickly absorbed by his body in such a short time. More surprisingly, his body didn’t seem to be satisfied at all.

“How does this happen?”

Su Yan was terrified and wondered if something had changed in his body. He hadn’t practiced the Incipient Scripture, so that was the raw physical response of his body.

With enough energy consumed, so much energy that it overwhelmed him, his body experienced severe pain. He endured with indomitable will, and finally it was like his body was freed of a yoke!

Su Yan’s body got so dazzling bright and the energy in him was as great as a beast, devouring the essence of heaven and earth and absorbing the power of the Vermilion Fruit. The mighty energy of three vermilion fruits gathered in Su Yan’s body. As if opening a floodgate, terrible power accumulated in his body. His potential force was gradually awakening.

Struck by shock, Su Yan asked out of extreme surprise and incredibility, "So I just awakened? Only those newly awakened need a lot of supplements to open the way of awakening. It is the way of the beginning of all things. It is the way of life awakening."
