He voiced out commandingly as the two Subjugated Overseers nodded, their figures flashing away as Noah turned to Drax who understood with a look, this being beginning to lead them to the second Elemental Dimensional Rift that was within the Brightmoon Realm Cluster.

It was a truly fantastical sight to come across as never in his wildest dreams would Noah have expected to be able to traverse the void of space looking at glimmering stars and entering spatial folds leading to hidden Realms that were even bigger than worlds.

In his past life, it was an impossibility for a common person like him to even dream of going to space on a huge ship, where unless one knew a few eccentric billionaires who were shooting dick-shaped rockets into space before Noah died and transmigrated, the remaining beings would forever remain anchored to the earth!

Another Diamond Ranked Elemental Rift that dropped Universal Crystals of the Law of Ice, a lesser ranked subtype Law that stemmed from the Law of Water!

This Rift was cleared at around 4 minutes- same as the first Rift as within this Realm System that Drax oversaw, Noah only had the task of adding the remaining Diamond and 3 normal PLATINUM Rank Dimensional Rift within this Brightmoon Realm Cluster before he would go on to the other 2 Realm and Star Clusters to add 3 more Elemental Rifts and a myriad of normal Rifts.

After that, he would go on the Realm and Star Clusters of the two Overseers he just subjugated as in a matter of days, he would have multiple sources of Universal Law Crystals as he would gain a ridiculous amount of boosts from each law, his power rising to horrendous levels as his capability to fight across Realms based purely on his ridiculous Boosts might become a complete reality!

After that…

"I'll have to delve deeper into the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers…"

After all this, Noah would have to stretch his influence across the Realm Overseers working under the Faction of the Primal Dimensional Rulers.

"I can lead you to the High Ranking Overseer that looks over the Misty Void Quadrant we're all in, Master. After that, you should be able to easily start coming in contact with High Ranking Overseers and later on...even the Dimensional Rulers of the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers!"

Even Drax proactively laid out possible plans for his master as Noah smiled with a nod, a clear path gradually forming in his mind as the three of them left the Realm where they cleared the Ice Age Dimensional Rift so that Noah could go across the Diamond and PLATINUM Rifts of the Brightmoon Realm Cluster.

But...this was when Noah's face drastically changed as Annalise's became ashen, Drax stepping in front of them protectively as they sensed a horrendous aura of a being near the entrance of the Realm they just left!

A being not at the rank of Platinum or Soul...or even the WORLD Rank that Noah was currently in!

Words of frustration left his mouth as Noah's eyes pulsed with immense colors of gold and dark lights as he utilized the laws of Fate and Chaos while looking at the being that was curiously looking at them.

It was a girl that looked no older than 18, her figure looking extremely young and naive...but her body carried with it immense power and might that even caused the surrounding space to shake!

Noah had no knowledge of this, but this being was the Dimensional Ruler from the Keepers of Order and Fate that was the only one to actually get a direction of his location apart from all the Dimensional Rulers that sensed the changes the moment that he stepped into the Sublunary Dimensional Plane.

The Dimensional Ruler that found him first...was actually not among those that were searching to nip him in the bud as a threat, but it was the Dimensional Ruler that had entirely assimilated Chaos as she was close to sensing the path of a Dao...the Sea of chaos leading her to Noah at this moment as he seemed like the answer!

This was because among all the creatures in the Sublunary Plane, only Noah had been the one to grasp onto the Dao of Destruction at this point in time. All those that preceded him in the eons past had long since ascended to the Empyrean Plane as he could be considered the pioneer of this Dao in this age.

As a pioneer...he drew in the only other being that was searching for this Dao as well!

The figure of the curvaceous woman then began to vibrate with power in the next second, her fair hand waving beside her as a dark portal ripped apart the void of space. She held an accomplished smile as she looked towards Noah and spoke plainly.

"My entrance into this quadrant has notified the old fogeys of the Primal Dimensional Rulers as they'll soon come to check what brought me here. I'm not so sure what they'll do when they realize they've found the existence they have begun looking for all this time...so why don't you come with me for now?"

The glimmers of fate shone brightly in Noah's eyes as he confirmed some things with [Fate Scryer].

"5 seconds." The curvaceous woman called out lightly as a mischievous smile could be seen on her face, as if it was of no consequence what would happen in the next few seconds!

Noah's eyes shone brightly as he grabbed Annalise's hand a second later, their figure shooting towards the pulsing dark portal and diving into it as the curvaceous woman smiled brightly, waving her hands towards Drax as she disappeared into the portal an instant later!
