Qin Ruo met Violetmoon Devilite and Grandiose Dragon. There was one a beautiful woman standing next to Grandiose Dragon. Her name was Blue Princess.

Grandiose Dragon stood in between the two girls. The man must have surely enjoyed the feeling of being sandwiched between two beautiful women. Especially around the single players, his definitely inflated. He had a strong intention to have a harem. The fantasy of embracing women left and right.

Naturally, it will only be a thought. Blue Princess was the kind of woman who liked to play hard-to-get. She would get emotional… sometimes. When jealousy kicked in… That and Violet Devilite. She was not too rash, in terms of emotional being, but she would never allow a man to get his way with women. So standing between the two would do just fine for him.

He did not get to enjoy for too long though. A reckless guy came in and bumped into his “trophy”—Violetmoon Devilite. He also shamefully touched her chest…

“Just to take a look huh? Yeah. That's right. Just have a look at them. Those Pet Eggs are expensive.”

“That's normal,” said Blue Princess with a smug look on her face.

“After all, H&G is a commercial game. Surely, the developers will find ways to earn money from players. 2,000 gold coin for an egg? I think it's a fair price. It would be bad if the price was affordable and everyone could have one. It's too boring. I'd prefer those unfortunate poor plebeians to farm in the wild.”

Violetmoon Devilite was stunned but she quickly recovered. She pointed to a black Pet Egg on the counter and said, “This looks very cool, what about this one?”

Following her frail looking fingers, Qin Ruo looked at the information of the Pet Egg.

“It is very simple.” Qin Ruo explained.

“If you are playing alone, it is good when you had a high HP and Defense Pet in the later stage. With good positioning, you can easily lure the monster by cooperating with your Pet, even when you deal with a player, it is also not bad. As for the Auxiliary Pet, you can have a slight increase in your combat power and prolong the duration of combat capability. Playing alone should do you well if you know what your play style is.”

“If you have a fixed team, it is better to plan different Pets according to your teammates' abilities and strengthen their abilities according to the different players' role in the team. This is more complicated, but this way should improve the overall strength of the team.”

“Dark element is strong on its own. With your deep understanding of the Dark element, it should be easy for you to control a Dark Element Pet with the premise is that you have to level up your Pet first. With two Dark Element attack classes, your strength should be greatly improved.”

In fact, Violetmoon Devilite's intention was to prevent Qin Ruo from being embarrassed and thus pointed at a random Pet Egg. Hence, she was not angry at all. She found Qin Ruo's remarks very reasonable. His words made her fantasize about being a chivalrous girl, where she had a pet and traveled around the world. She then listened to Qin Ruo and expressed her desire for one of the tank-type melee Pets.

When she shared her thoughts with Qin Ruo, Qin Ruo promised her to help her pick one that suited her needs. Then, he went to the counter and searched for a suitable melee monster for Violetmoon Devilite.

Finally, after observing more than ten melee type Pet Egg's attributes, Qin Ruo's eyes fell on an Ice Python's Pet Egg. One the factors why he chose the monster was because of its high Movement Speed. What made it better was its close and long-ranged attack skills. This should balance out Violetmoon Devilite's weakness as she lacked melee combat ability. At the same time, Ice Python had considerable high HP and could even be used as a shield in times. The only downside to it was its type. Having a snake Pet for a female player was a little too suggestive.

Not to mention its terribly long grinding session…

Violetmoon Devilite was about to burst out in tears. She pouted at Qin Ruo for she did not expect him to choose such a terrifying monster as her Pet. But after some persuading, she relented and bought the Pet.
