Yeon Joo walked back to the emergency room leisurely with her happy mood. Suddenly, she got stop by a small girl. "Lady doctor, please accept this necklace as a token of appreciation for saving my father." The small girl said to her. "Little girl, it is my job to save your father. I really can't accept this necklace." Yeon Joo said to her. She tried to refuse it politely as she knows about their economic states. It must be the only things valuable she had. "I have to give it to you. Otherwise, My King will be in trouble. I am sorry lady doctor but you have to go now." She put the necklaces to her neck and push the pendant. Yeon Joo got sucked into the light and landed into a bed. She immediately sits down while still holding her ice coffee in her hand.

Yeon Joo looked around the room. The room looked like in the Insadong Palace but with more furniture inside. In the nearest table, there is a lot of paper roll with the brush and ink. She pulled out her phone when she found out there isn't any reception or internet connection. "Oh ho, who are you?" King Le Yeong asked her when he woke up from the bed. "Who are you? Why are you wearing Joseon era clothes? Are we in the middle of shooting some drama?" Yeon Joo asked him. "I asked you one more time... who are you?" Lee Yi Yeong asked her in his coldly face.
