"Get the crash cart now to exam 3 room" Yeon Joo shouts to the nurses. She jumped on to Mr Choi to perform CPR. The nurse tried to help her to resuscitate the patient. "push 1 mg Epinephrine to the line. And get me the paddles. Charged it to 150," Yeon Joo shouted while her adrenaline level on the sky. The vital sign showed a flat line still. "Charged it 200, clear..." Yeon Joo shouted and shocked the patient heart. She waited while prayed for a miracle. After all, he is her first patient in this hospital. 'Please live Mr Choi,' shouted Yeon Joo in her heart. The monitor started to give out weak beeping and steady. Soo Bong came back running with Professor Jong Suk. "Get me the history and bring him up to OR. Page Dr Min Hwa and Kim Tae Hyun to the OR. Good job Yeon Joo." Jong Suk said and rushed the patient up to the OR.

Yeon Joo is flying to the moon after Jong Suk praised her work. She is daydreaming and sits in the corner of the Emergency room. "Hey, you. Come back here. We will have accident victim to the ER soon." dr park shouted back to reality. It won't take long until the Emergency room swarmed with the patient from the accident. Yen Joo felt the pressures as a doctor for the first time to save someone live. The last victim was sent up to the OR to get cures and the less severe injury had been treated. She walked down to the cafeteria to get some iced coffee when she saw a familiar figure. Jong Suk saw her and give her a good smile. He still used his scrub with his operation hat. He looked so handsome in his scrub uniform and it made Yeon Joo drooled. "Excuse me, miss. What would you like to order?" The cashier asked her. Jong Suk came near her without she realized it. "Give me Ice Americano with two pumps of hazelnut syrup. Yeon Joo, what would you like to order?" Jong Suk tapped to her shoulder and it made her back to reality. "Uhmmm, I want Ice Hazelnut latte with extra shots." Yeon Joo stuttered to order her coffee. "Put it on my tab, Sherly." Jong Suk said to the cashier. "Oh, you are so nice Dr Jong Suk. How can you remember my name?" The cashier tried to flirt with him. "Who couldn't remember a beautiful girl like you which made a killer coffee." Jong Suk said with winked one of his eyes. The girl blushed to get Jong Suk treatment. "Let's go Yeon Joo. I treat you a coffee because you deserved it today. I want to see more of your actions like that," Jong-suk said while putting both of his arm up of his head to stretch. "How is he now?" Yeon Joo asked him. "He will survive after I implant Stent* to his heart," Jong-suk explained to her. "But You are a neurosurgeon and yet you have performed cardiothoracic surgery and today I heard about you performed a splenectomy*," Yeon Joo asked him. "Listen, we are a surgeon and we can't reject patient due to the boundaries made by the human. If I can perform it then I will save the patient," Jong Suk said to her. It made her feel in love more to him. Yeon Joo holds the coffee tightly in her hand whilst looked at him walk away leisurely with his Ice Americano.
