"I hope I'm right about you," the woman said icily. "Get up now! Take me to your place!"

Confronted with this situation, Wang Hao was incredibly alarmed.

The only explanation is that you cracked the passcode," the woman said in an extremely cold tone, and Wang Hao could feel his skin crawl. "So, you have to take me to your place now. I have to see whether or not you saved my photos on your computer."

The woman looked young, maybe in her early 20s. Wang Hao understood why she was so worried; after all, there were as many as 3000 images of underwear and swimwear in her phone. If the pictures leaked, the consequences would be enormous — but clean hands didn't need washing. Wang Hao never downloaded the pictures, so it shouldn't be a big problem for her to check and be sure.

Looking at the cuffs, then at the woman, Wang Hao trembled with fear. "Who exactly are you? You carry cuffs everywhere with you?!"

"I prepared for the worst before I came." The woman got into the car, closed the door, then said, "I have to stop anyone who cracks the passcode from leaking the pictures. For this, I'll do anything. I wanted to bring a gun with me, but that would be too much, so I just got cuffs."

Okay — as Wang Hao had imagined, this woman's network definitely wasn't some small potato.

Wang Hao wasn't surprised she had borrowed cuffs from somewhere. In fact, even if she took out a rocket from the car, Wang Hao would still be able to accept it…

"Lead the way." The woman started the engine.

Wang Hao's home wasn't far from the café; it was only a kilometer or so away.

The woman was clearly anxious. Once the car left the parking lot, she sped down the road, and a kilometer flew by in the blink of an eye. When they were just about to reach Wang Hao's neighborhood, "bang," the car suddenly jolted hard!

The woman clearly didn't have any experience in dealing with such a situation. Her face turned pale. She gripped the wheel hard and slammed on the brake without a second thought!

"Screech—!!!" There was a shrill sound as the Ferrari created a cloud of smoke and began to drift!

"Don't hit the brake!" Seeing the woman's reaction, Wang Hao knew that she didn't know what to do. He shouted in a hurry, "The worst thing to do when you have a flat tire is to brake sharply. It'll make the car unstable and cause it to drift!"

Wang Hao also had a driver's license. The teacher from the driving school had taught him ways to deal with a puncture.

Normally, a tire which burst while driving could cause the car to swerve wildly. So, it wasn't a good idea to slam on the brake, as the car might drift and the driver would completely lose control of the car.

So, the correct way would be to hold the wheel firmly and hit the brake at the same time, then wait for the car to slow down and eventually stop.

Fortunately, while his right hand was cuffed, his left hand could still move freely. Wang Hao reached for the wheel and held it steady with all his strength, then tossed out instructions. "Brake! Brake!"

"Alright!" The woman was smart; she understood right away, and started to hit the brake in pulses. The effect was obvious, and the car soon slowed down.

However, they still hadn't completely escaped danger.

"Bang!"

When they finally managed to get the car under control, "bang," the tire of the Land Rover behind them burst, too!
