Gathering of Ten Thousand Dragons

It was noon with not a cloud in the sky, yet the surface of the ground was pitch black. Not a sliver of light could be found. It could be said without exaggeration that simply by reaching forward, one’s fingers could no longer be seen.

Up above, ten thousand dragons danced in the sky. Their tremendously-large and spread out wings covered the entirety of the sky. Their numbers seemingly endless, they blotted out the sky and covered the earth. They blocked out the sun so thoroughly, not a ray of light reached the ground.

Standing awestruck atop a dragon and body leaned slightly to the side, he reached back. Both strong and sharp, his dragon’s horns were thick as a human’s body. Through misty eyes, Xin Yun watched the area where ten thousand dragons milled about, where sharp shadows were everywhere.

Furthermore, haggard could definitely be used to describe him now. Unexpectedly, the dragon Xin Yun stood on continued to support him despite the multiple deep wounds on its body.

Looking at the dragon’s wounds, those deep, severe wounds, Xin Yun’s face displayed dismay. The truth was… The reason they were so far was not because Xin Yun was very smart. The real reason was because his strength was not enough. He could barely be considered an expert. He did not have the right to enter the central districts. Only the top experts had the right to live in those districts.

It also formed the basis on which it became well known as the most beautiful dragon, Sparkling Butterfly- Yi Luo Xiang!

Of course, this Sparkling Butterfly- Yi Luo Xiang, was not just beautiful. She had the right to stand in the center-most district. That was not something beauty alone could accomplish. In truth… This was a world where combat power was most important. In order to stand there, combat power was necessary. Aside from that, nothing else was of use.

The central district was comprised of only nine people. These were the world’s nine top experts, and the one that just moved to attack was the sixth rank, Yi Luo Xiang!

Secretly watching the unmoving girl atop the beautiful butterfly, Xin Yun’s amazing memory caused him to fall in to a trance. Speaking of, he and that girl had a shared origin. Truthfully… Both of them came from the same village; furthermore, that village was the starting point after Xin Yun transmigrated.

Remembering this, Xin Yun signed once again. Among transmigrators, there were many that engaged in corrupt practices. People that transmigrated from another world and did not adapt would face this world with the habits of their previous world. It was quite obvious that this type of decision was often the wrong one.

He was this world’s third strongest top expert and had the most dazzling dragon, the Peacock King- Ming Xuan!

Although he was ranked third, this guy was Xin Yun’s most admired idol. Based solely on power, he was not weaker than the two top experts ranked before him. His family background, however, was not as good and could not compete with that of the top two experts, thus he fell to the third rank.

The reality was, between the nine top experts, each had their own strengths. It was incredibly difficult to say who was stronger than the other. Even if they really did fight it out, it would be hard to determine any sort of ranking. Upon reaching their level of power, one was basically immortal. Even so called winning or losing was just whose face looked worse for wear and who came out with a disadvantage.

Being unable to be killed, there were no methods of eliminating them or harming them. Even recruiting help was but a strategy. In actual battle, outside the nine top experts, all others could be killed. Though it sounded easy, the reality was significantly different.
