A sharp-eyed bodyguard even noticed as the right wing of the Mech lightly scrapped the ground.

A deep cut was silently made in the ground, glowing red before it slowly returned to black.

“Why did you come?” Su Xue Er had a look of joy in her eyes as she asked.

“I got the news that you might be in danger, so I came here” Gu Qing Shan casually replied.

“Uhm, there were two hitmen” Su Xue Er answered, “Thankfully some friends made it in time and dealt with them”

Gu Qing Shan understood as he heard, she almost died here.

The Blazing Angel's wings suddenly spread and locked on the entire area.

“Comparing on-scene special characteristics”
“No abnormalities”
“Search term changed, begin human cells collection”
“No cells found”

“What is that?” Su Xue Er was so surprised she held her breath.

Then do I accept his proposal or not?

And that was 20 chapters, there won't be anymore daily updates until next Sunday (a week from now). There were a few chapters in a row that aren't quite interesting enough to warrant a cliff-hanger, so I figured I'd just dump 20 at once and stop for a week to skip pass all the parts that didn't deserve a day-to-day cliff-hanger.

Tell me if you guys like an 18-20 chapters dump more or you prefer daily updates for some of the more boring chapters that only exist to give exposition. I'll upload daily like before if more people like to have something to read everyday, even if the chapters not as action-packed as others. (I'll always do daily updates for the exciting parts)
