Jacob frowned as he imagined the girl's frontal naked body. Her inviting cleavage and her big white delicious breasts. He imagined touching her wet boobs and squeezing them gently with his both the hands. 

Jacob let out a loud moan and he suddenly released himself inside the box, given by the nurse. He opened his eyes and panted heavily, looking down at his manhood, happily releasing the white fluid. 

He controlled his breathing and closed the extremely freezing box, with its cover. He quickly wore his underwear and then his pants, feeling a bit relaxed, buttoning it up. 

He then quickly stepped inside the attached bathroom and switched on the faucet, gushing out the water rapidly. He did not pay attention to the water, but was rather now looking in the mirror, hung on the, wall. He looked at the reflection of his flushed cheeks and frowned. 

The faucet was switched on so rapidly, that the water was making Jacob's below the belt region wet. He only realised it, when their was a dark wet patch on just top of his manhood. "What the hell!!?" He turned the faucet in the other direction, slowing the speed of the water. He quickly washed his hands and used his cold hands, to cool down his hot and flushed cheeks, forgetting about the patch on his pants. He was more bothered about his extremely flushed cheeks, not wanting to look stupid before the nurse!

He then rapidly wiped his hands with a towel and walked back to the room. He picked up the box and quickly unlocked the door. The nurse heaved a sigh of relief, looking at the boy.

"Umm..It is inside this!" Jacob blushed a bit, handing over the sperm box to the middle aged lady. 

The lady frowned looking at a wet patch above Jacob's manhood and turned her head to look at Jacob as if he was a madman. "Sir! We need a good amount of quantity! You seemed to have wasted most of it in the process!" The lady was now constantly looking at Jacob's below the belt, wet patch.

Jacob gasped remembering the wet patch on his pants and quickly placed both his hands on his manhood, hiding it with his hands. "Ehehe!!" He grinned awkwardly. "This is not what is inside the box. The box has an adequate quantity of sperms, I assure you!" Jacob so much wanted to shout at the nurse, to stop starring at his manhood, as it was making him extremely uncomforatable. 

"What! It is not your sperms! Did you pee in your pants? Do you wear a diaper or something? Maybe you need a doctor!" The nurse frowned in confusion, looking at Jacob's face and then again looking at Jacob's wet patch. 

"Holy shit! This is water!! It is not pee!! And I do not wear diapers! I am completely fine lady and can you stop staring at my penis. It is making me feel really awkward!!!" Jacob shouted at the nurse, loosing his temper. 

"Fine! I was just trying to help! It is my duty! Huh!" Nurse glared at the boy and walked away angrily, holding the storage box. 

Jacob heaved a sigh of relief and looked at his patch again. "Damn you Jacob!! How did you forget this patch!!?" Luckily he was still dressed in a formal suit, having rushed to hospital right from work. He quickly buttoned his coat, hiding most of his dark patch and walked back towards the doctor's office.

He knocked on the door and the doctor's red headed assistant, Emily opened the door and smiled looking at Jacob. "Please come in, doctor is waiting for you only!" 

"Thank you." Jacob nodded polietly, and walked inside the office. To his surprise the nurse he had shouted upon was also standing next to the doctor, holding the storage box. 

On a chair opposite to the doctor, Sarah was sitting. All the four ladies were now looking at the man, in confusion.
