“Ow, that damn siscon!”

Jaeha, who had almost turned into roasted meat by Julian, was swearing up a storm.

“No matter how angry he might be, how the hell can he resort to sending such strong thunderbolts at a fellow team member?!”

Jaeha thought that it was understandable that Julian was angry. Kongming and he had had a terrible relationship for the past ten years.

They saw each other more often in the courtroom than in the office.

The only reason they were able to team up again after regressing to this timeline was because they both had the scar of being betrayed by Chairman Kwon.

They would otherwise not even have been able to share a meal with each other.

“Sure, I admit that I used to be trash in the past. I would be angry to lose my sister I raised as if she was my own daughter to the past me, especially since I'm eight years older than her.”

But Jaeha had a lot to say as well.

“But he's trashy too! 90% of the mail I received were lawsuits from him! I don't want to have a bastard like you as my hyung-nim either!”

Yoo Jaeha started to cry. But what could he do?

No matter how much he hated Julian, he was still Nina's brother. He might even end up his father-in…no, his brother-in-law.

Of course, it was true that Jaeha had been scared to death by Nina until a few months ago.

He thought that she was out to kill him. But there were some incidents that allowed Jaeha and Nina to get closer.

The women then ran up to Jaeha.

“Is Ju-Heon-nim not here? Is he here?”

The pretty girls crowded Jaeha, thinking that he was hiding Ju-Heon.

He then heard screams in the darkness.

However, it was not Nina.

“You are Seo Ju-Heon's restorer. You must have that bastard's artifacts on you, right?”

These were real assassins who were aiming for their artifacts.

Nina actually ended up saving Jaeha that time. She got injured badly and almost died doing it.

Anyway, a couple incidents like that helped them resolve their misunderstanding and Jaeha and Nina were extremely close now.

But that damn brother of hers!

“Come out, Yoo Jaeha!”

Jaeha screamed after seeing thunderbolts coming for him again. He had thought that he was safe, but this second strongest member of the tomb raiding team had found him so quickly!

Jaeha flinched after feeling a thunderbolt next to him.

Jaeha was sent flying by the explosion. One of the pillars in Ju-Heon's resort…err, Valhalla Palace, was destroyed as well.

Jaeha couldn't help but foam at the mouth.

An extremely angry Jaeha took out his artifact.

“I should be able to take this son of a bitch on.”

Each of the team members were Monarchs. They were all pretty on-par with each other, despite their abilities being different.

For example, someone like Jaeha had other abilities that could cover for his lack of fighting abilities.

Kongming had super haxor skills like his insights and thunderbolts, but…

'Anybody other than the Captain-nim should be okay to fight. Ah, let me pass on Dan as well since he's scary.'

He seemed to be planning on pulling something over Julian as he used to do before they regressed.

'But why the hell is that bastard not coming?'

Jaeha's ass was on fire as he waited for the second strongest person on the team who was the strongest balanced type!

But at that moment…

"Captain, are you going to keep getting in my way like this?!”
“!”

He heard Ju-Heon and Julian's voices not too far away.

He wondered why Kongming's attacks were coming so slowly, but it must be because of Ju-Heon.

Julian was getting angry at Ju-Heon and telling him to stop.

“Yes, I honestly don't like Jaeha. If I think about how he tried to hire some assassins to kill Nina a few months ago…!”
“Woah, woah. The pushover was definitely wrong to do that. But that's all in the past. Calm down.”

Ju-Heon was snickering. It looked like he was being on Jaeha's side and getting in the way of this siscon older brother, but…

“You do realize that your face looks like you want to laugh your ass off?”

Ju-Heon simply wanted to mess with Julian.

'Well, I also need to give that pushover bastard a break since he's worked hard.'

"Anyway, hey Kongming. You don't have time to chase Jaeha around right now. Take care of this first. Go away to Europe for one year.”

Jaeha cheered as he heard Ju-Heon's interference while Julian became flustered.

Ju-Heon was the trump card that was even stronger than the joker.

He would have no way of winning if Ju-Heon openly took Jaeha's side.

Ju-Heon giving him this work abroad order would let Jaeha live in peace for a while.

Ju-Heon could pretty much push for Nina and Jaeha to get married as well.

He could even sponsor the whole thing and pay for the entire wedding. All of that could happen while he was gone!

An angry Julian shouted loudly out of desperation.

“You! Would you be acting like this if it was Ju-Won who brought a guy saying she was going to get married to him?!”

Both Ju-Heon and Julian grew up without parents from when they were young.

He wanted to say that Ju-Heon of all people should know how he feels.

Julian smiled in satisfaction after seeing Ju-Heon's eyes opening wide.

“Who the hell would want an ugly pig like that?”

“I would probably bow with gratitude if any guy was willing to take her.”

“Plus, what kind of person gives a shit about his twin sister getting married?”

Ju-Heon seemed to be thinking more about how he could make money off of it from getting congratulatory gifts from people.

Ju-Heon looked as if he had eaten shit.

“No, that would actually make me very angry.”

Julian smiled brightly while Jaeha, who had instantly been attacked, wanted to cry.

He couldn't believe that his captain would say something like that about him.

But Julian saw this as his opening and tried to convince Ju-Heon.

"Captain, listen carefully. He won't restore artifacts properly if he starts dating.”
“?!”
“People generally stop paying attention to other things and lose focus when they start dating. Forget restoring artifacts, he'll probably try to go on dates whenever he could.”

Ju-Heon turned serious while Jaeha gasped.

'W, what the hell is that bastard saying right now?!

Saying something like that to the captain is cheating!'

The fear that he needed to restore this resort again was not the issue. The problem was that this monstrous Majesty bastard was trying to hunt him.

“I will give you three seconds to get your ass out here. 3, 2,”

“Damn it! It hasn't even been three seconds yet, you bastard!”

Jaeha swore at Ju-Heon before he started running.

Julian was extremely satisfied as he watched.

“Yes! That's it! You're the best!”

Thunderbolts started to strike down as well. The paparazzis around the palace started gasping.

Julian and Ju-Heon's collaboration was amazing.

The two men who were showing perfect combination opened a room door as they looked for Jaeha.

Jaeha scurried around like a rat until he barged into Ju-Heon's room.

'Even that bastard won't thoughtlessly destroy his room!'

Jaeha's eyes flashed after hiding under the desk.

'I need to break up this damn combination first!'

He was at too much of a disadvantage if the Captain-nim joined Julian's side.

He went crazy at that thought and started rummaging through Ju-Heon's desk. The drawers were locked, but this guy was a scammer.

He used da Vinci's artifact to instantly create a key and looked through the stuff.

'I need something I can use against the Captain…….'

As he did that…

Jaeha found something completely unexpected inside the desk.

"Wait, what is this?”

It was a photo.

It was a photo of Ju-Heon at the beach with an unknown woman.

It looked like they didn't know the photo was taken. It must have been a paparazzi.

"What the hell?! This is from when the Captain was gone!”

'Wait, did he lie to us? Was he gone for six months because of another woman instead of being stuck in Chaos?'

Jaeha stared at the woman in the photo for a while before tilting his head in confusion.

“Hold on, isn't this Molly?”

His gaze then moved to a different item inside the drawer.

It was a ring case!

Jaeha gasped after taking a look inside. There was an artifact ring inside, but…

“Diamond? Isn't this an engagement ring?

Why is he hiding something like this…”

Jaeha was shocked but he soon smiled wickedly.

He didn't know what was going on, but this was a chance for him!

The two men slammed the door open and walked into the room at that moment.

Bang!

“We got you now, you little bastard.”
“You have nowhere else to run.”

Ju-Heon, Julian, and even the rope was with them now. Julian shouted toward the squirming bleached blonde hair underneath the desk.

“No matter how good you are at running away, you cannot escape this combination.”
“If you don't get your ass out here……”

The rope bobbed up and down as it approached Jaeha.

But as that happened…

“Kongming! Little rope! Look at this!”
“?”

Jaeha raised the photo and the engagement ring into the air.

“The Captain-nim is going to get married! And it's with your former fiancée, Kongming!”
“?!”

All three of their expressions quickly changed.

Julian froze, Ju-Heon's eyes opened wide, while the rope's nonexistent eyes flashed.

The first to speak was, as expected, Ju-Heon.

'What the fuck is this bastard saying?'

“Hey punk. What the hell are you taking out without permission. Stop with the bullshit and…”

Ju-Heon tried to grab the ring back.

However, at that moment…

“What does he mean by my fiancée? Is he talking about Molly? My fiancée you stole in the past?! More importantly, the two of you were seeing each other?! You were seeing each other in secret?!”

Ju-Heon immediately felt murderous intent.

Ju-Heon scoffed after realizing Jaeha's plan.

Julian's eyes flashed.

And in an instant…

Ju-Heon's view completely changed.

Ju-Heon's eyes opened wide once more as he felt something binding him once he fell over.

It was the rope that had tied him up!
