The light became brighter each second till it stopped and kept flickering waiting it to be released.

Adam then fired the gun that was charged once creating a gigantic laser instead just a ball of light that you would expect. The laser easily pierced through both of the men in black clothing, all what was left was their bloody legs.

Yet the bullet of [Darkness Overload] didn't just stop there and it pierced through many buildings causing massive damage to the city. Also the gun didn't have a silencer equiped or had a passive ability to make it silence thus creating a loud bang when fired.

Adam had a surprise expression on his face when seeing how strong the [Darkness Overload] is. he just thought that it at most would damage one building instead dozens.

And that was just the ability charged shot, what will happen if he used double, triple quadruple charged shot or even the strongest ability, Darkness Eruption that has 500 times the original power? It has enough power to kill an average Divine Small Saint cultivator at the 3rd stage.

Being lazy doesn't mean doing literally nothing, also if you don't care about lives and have the power to do anything and you have someone to kill, how would you kill him?

Well unfortunately for Adam, he doesn't have the most creative method so all what he cares is that the guy will feel some pain and die.

The sticky substance melted down Edward's cloth making him butt naked but unfortunately for him the subtance didn't melt down anything further then his clothes but he didn't know that this was something unfortunate as Edward thought that it was good that the sticky substance didn't melt him down.

The night was still long before he will die, Edward will experience his manly pride taken away by some gruesome black tentacles that are thick as an average adult's thigh.
