The alchemist path 2 Who am I?

As it usually happens, for every soul out there with deep attachments to life there's one that doesn't wish to carry on, maybe the burden is just too much to bear or it just didn't found a kindred soul to bond, be as it may, as Lazuli's soul wished to cling to life another one relinquish it, so in this not so unusual twist of fate as one soul gets desperate for a working vessel there's one that lets go of a compatible match.

As compatibles go this one wasn't too shabby, they bore the same name, no last name and a fairly similar face, just a little younger than herself.

With a lot of work Lazuli opened her eyes, still in a daze trying to understand what had happened, she knew there was no way to survive a bullet through the heart, even if she could she should be experimenting unforgettable pain on her chest area, instead of the phantom pain she felt at the moment.

She took her time to analyze her surroundings, she was on a comfy bed, inside a room quite different from the one she called her own, it was a small room but didn't felt cramped as it was almost empty, with the exception of the bed, a desk with a stool and a chest, all in wood, simple and without carvings of any sort, there was nothing else in this place no decorations, paintings nor anything hang from the naked wooden walls, just a small closed window above the desk and the door next to it. On the desk was a lone, almost finished, candle which was the only light source.

Turning her head around she noticed the first difference with herself, her usually military short hair now was long and tickling on her back, at least it still was brown, hope of just being sleep while miraculously healing rouse inside of her just to plummet as she stared at her chest, because even if she had healed there was bound to be a scar and her smooth skin showed none of that, also she hadn't hear of a recovery patient awakening with smaller, younger looking breasts, her full D cups that used to give her back pain and get in the way when exercising now looked to be in between A and B proudly standing while hers were starting to sag as that was the way of life when they are big and you prefer pretty non supportive bras, looking closely at her hands they also seemed a little bit younger but more rough, not her usual smooth daily cream treatment no hard work hands. Then it hit her, she was completely naked on a foreign bed in a body that was not her own.

She tried as hard as she could to remember something, anything that may have happened between being shot and awakening here but for this luck was not on her side, despair started to crawl on her skin, the sudden realization that most probably she had died and perhaps this was nothing more than a dream or hell.

Then again she remembered her parents, brothers, her new love and friends, all her loved ones that where never to be seen again and weep uncontrollably until a hard slamming sound was heard and a figure appeared at the door.
