"hmm, Elder Sha Lee. You don't have to call me master, my name is Zhu Long… Your position shall be higher than the elders, you will be the great elder. When we get future elders, you will have to manage them. Your position shall also be on combat training, I do have to experience almost all weapons but I cannot teach everyone, I know that the empire has trained you in spears and swords, that is what you will teach the disciples. I will train the bow, my favorite weapon, it something that I am the most comfortable with, of course, that and the Sword. But as you will teach the sword, I will only teach long-range combat with the bow." Zhu Long said as he looked towards Han Qiang who was individually examining the disciples. He then looked towards Sha Lee and said, "How about helping Vice Leader Han in selecting disciples. Pick those nascent stages under the age of 50 and select the rest who are under the age of 70. Divide that line in half and take the half. Due to my own circumstances, I cannot do as much in detecting qi properly, take it as I can only sense the qi energy but cannot interact with it as you do. It would just be a burden as I can only guess their cultivation based on the energy… Plus, I don't think they like me as much as they do with Sister Han. It doesn't matter as much anyways, I shall also observe them, maybe I might like a certain disciple and teach them personally, you also decide if you want a personal disciple. It'd be great personally teaching those who are hardworking." Zhu Long said as he jumped towards Han Qiang.

Sha Lee nodded and replied, "Yes, Sect Leader." He looked a bit happy. There was some confusion in his mind regarding what Zhu Long said about qi but he ignored that part, he knew that Zhu Long was a bit weird, the emperor himself had told him not to get caught up in Zhu Long's random words, somethings will be understood slowly when it comes to ZHu Long.

Sha Lee rushed down from the top of the main gates and looked towards the line of people and with a big smile, he said, "People waiting to be selected, I, Sha Lee am the newly appointed Grand Elder of the Zhu Sect, I shall also be selecting disciples, The line must split properly, every alternative person, divide yourselves, I am watching and if you don't follow your instructions, I might not select you!" 

"Hmm, he seems like a good teacher. I know enough not to question my uncle's judgment. If he sent Sha Lee here that means that he must be a good soldier and an even better teacher. I also assume that he is looking at this man as a potential son-in-law. I was probably going to be in that position but life took me away, nevertheless, I check this man by myself, and see if he truly is good enough for Sister Lu." Zhu Long said as he watched Sha Lee and the line of people slowly forming in front of him.

Han Qiang was also testing people to see if they are qualified or not. ZHu Long stood next to him. "Brother Zhu, You standing next to me has really tensed the atmosphere, these people aren't even trying out properly, some even went to the other line." Han Qiang giggled. Zhu Long shook his head and said, "I guess I can form a new line, If some fear me, it just means that the others respect me. Let's just see who respects me enough to join the line that I make." Zhu Long smiled. Han Qiang nodded, "Good idea Brother Zhu." She said as she laughed.

Zhu Long shook his head, 'She was trying to embarrass me in front of these people, silly girl.'

He walked towards empty space in the training grounds, and said in a loud voice, "If anyone wants to, you are free to come to me for selection, there is no compulsion, it is your choice. Come if you want, or get judged by Vice Leader Han or Great Elder Lee." Zhu Long's voice was still cold, this time he was trying to seem more rude and emotionless.

For some while, no one even budged or even thought of going to Zhu Long, in all their opinions, Zhu Long would be very strict. So it was just a safer option to go to Han Qiang or Sha Lee to get selected.

"Brother Zhu is just too scary." Han Qiang laughed. A few other people in the line looked at Han Qiang laughing towards Zhu Long in amazement. "I guess only someone like her can tease Sect Leader Zhu, from what the Emperor said, she is as powerful as him… That beauty, that age, and that power, everything a man could ever ask." A man whispered to his friend.

"Sect Leader… Can.. Can I try?"
