It didn't look like a brain in any way.

"This Dream Brain can help me with using emotions, dreams, and nightmares for the fight against my enemies."
Brion didn't forget to think about different variables.
It wasn't appropriate for him to make a choice, just from one specialty of a brain because of that he started to thought other brains he saw.
"Blue Brain is not a very different kind of human brain in general.
It looks like it has the same kind of development rate.
It's just a more advanced version than the human brain."
