"Aha . . . you two little guys, are you so eager to become a sacrifice for me?" At this moment, a harsh laughter echoed outside the stone pagoda.

Although the fight between Dongbo Muchen and the gold-biting ant was very short, Ge Wu still sensed the Ling skills exposed by the ant as well as Bai Qianqian.

Bai Qianqian suddenly changed her expression and glanced at the ground, saying hurriedly, "Little nerd, hide the body as soon as possible and find something to block the cave."

Then Bai Qianqian flashed to appear outside the stone pagoda.

They would never allow Ge Wu to enter the stone pagoda and find the cave, because otherwise, she would check it very carefully. Since it was most probably a way to survive, Ge Wu would not allow such a cave to exist.

"I didn’t have a good time this morning and you were so scared that you just ran away. Unexpectedly, you returned once again just because of the noises I deliberately made. You are really as obedient as a dog," Bai smiled and said with her arms crossed.

Ge Wu’s face instantly grew sullen.

"Little fox, just be arrogant for several days more. When I make a breakthrough with the golden ring, I will give you a good treat before the blood sacrifice. I will tear your mouth apart first."

Bai sneered dismissively and shook her head slightly, saying, "You have said that at least 1,000 times and it’s getting incredibly boring. Would you please come up with something new?"

"It seems that you really can't wait to become my sacrifice. Okay, I will spend more time breaking through your golden ring now." Ge Wu’s voice was so hoarse that it sounded very uncomfortable.

Behind Ge Wu, the Eight-Clawed Tarantula instantly condensed its Wu Ling, which agitated a thick inky mist, then waved the legs to pierce Bai Qianqian.

Fights like that always happened every day and Bai Qianqian had already got used to it. She waved her palm and leaped forward to accept its challenge.

Although Ge Wu played endless tricks, Bai had fully understood all her skills after a whole year of conflict. With her full effort put into the fighting, Ge Wu could not even force her to use the Gold Ring Lock Ling as expected.

They were so busy fighting against each other in front of the stone pagoda that the fluctuations of their Ling power continued to spread out and sweep across the ground.

However, since Ge Wu was very sinister and treacherous, the fighting gradually fell into a rhythm under her control. Bai Qianqian gradually felt it was hard to cope with her and it seemed that she had returned to the old path of fighting every morning.

Ge Wu screamed with terrible laughter; the inky mist was rolling behind her and the  spider occasionally stretched its legs out. It seemed impossible for her to defend herself effectively. Bai Qianqian was drenched in sweat and she had to use her Gold Ring Lock Ling twice to resist the endless and sinister attacks. In addition, the black cat also helped Ge Wu launch surprise attacks, which made her feel it even more difficult to hold on.

"Little fox, I’m just wondering how many times you can depend on that shabby gold ring to fight against me!" Ge Wu laughed loudly and retreated immediately. The Eight-Clawed Tarantula suddenly started to suck violently as some dim light flashed in its mouth.

Bai was very familiar with such a situation.

Ge Wu intended to use her Cobweb Imprisonment trick, but Bai could do nothing about it.

“Aunt. . . ”

Just then, Dongbo Muchen had finished burying the corpse and sealed the entrance of the cave.

After completing the mission assigned by Bai Qianqian, he couldn’t help rushing forward when seeing she was in danger.

Seeing Dongbo Muchen rush out, she was so nervous that she slightly clenched her teeth and shouted, "Muchen, do it now!"

"Ling skill to kill the soul!" Over her Wu Ling, the 10,000-year Ling ring instantly lit up.

Dongbo Muchen instantly condensed his eyes to explode all his strength. His muscles quickly swelled and he stomped on the ground so hard that the stones were smashed like broken glass. A circle of shockwaves suddenly expanded under his foot and he appeared before Ge Wu in just a flash.
