“It-it’s still early…”
“Geh. You really can poke where it hurts!”
Lisa woke Alfilis up at the inn. It hasn’t long before the sun rose, Lisa is indeed an early riser.
“Lisa, what about breakfast?”
“You make it sound as if I am lazy.”
“Guh… though she looks cute if she’s silent…”
“I can hear you.”
Alfilis received an expressionless stare from Lisa. Though she should be five years younger than her, somehow Lisa gives her an oppressing and intimidating feeling. She feels hard to rebut, thought Alfilis.
“Please respect me as your elder.”
“(…I really can’t make comeback…)”
It seems impossible for Alfilis to win in argument, so she reluctantly woke up from her bed. But now she remembered it, yesterday was terrible.

After Lisa became their comrade, of course they can’t leave the brawl in the bar be, so Alfilis and co. were lost in thought looking for solutions.
“Lisa propose to just leave them be. Though they are lame, they are not so stupid that they will kill each other. And after a while the self defence squad will come anyway.”
“Hmm. Then let just leave them be!”
“Well, I hate things like God and fate. To begin with, there’s no doctrine in Alneria church about believing God.”
“This Sister is really unbelievable…”
Perhaps thinking it was indeed bad looking at Alfilis who trembled because her unreasonableness,
“Since you insisted then I will stop it. Lisa-chan, come here.”
Bringing Lisa with her, she walked briskly towards the centre. Though she seemed like would dragged into brawl on the way, every man who came at her were sent flying. And strangely no one seemed to notice it was Anoren who sent them flying. Perhaps they thought they were just drunk and seeing things since no way a petite Sister in front of them would be able to send adult men flying.
And when she reached the centre, once again all light except the one which illuminate her extinguished.
“(As I said, HOW??!)”
“Everyone, please listen.”
In an instant the fighting stopped and everyone’s attention gather at Anoren.
“This time I decided to make this Lisa-chan as my party member! That’s why, please stop fighting because of me!”
Once again she showed her teary eyes. ‘You are still doing it!?’ thought Alfilis.
“Thanks for your hard work and stop fighting, you idiots.”
She bowed politely while saying such complaint, her polite action and her words completely unmatched. Of course the men started to object,
“Ple-please don’t say that Sister!”
“We won’t stop until you take one of us!”
“That’s right that’s right!”
The men started to make a fuss and it was getting nowhere. Though they listened to teary eyes Anoren at first, gradually it turned troublesome. And slowly Anoren’s expression returned to normal.
“(Is-isn’t this bad!??)”
When Alfilis felt an unpleasant premonition, a man,
“Sister, you will bring me right?”,
was grasping Anoren’s shoulder. Instantly Anoren’s expression turned like a demon.
“Who do you think you’re touching, bastard!”
Anoren twisted the man’s hand upwards and the man screamed soundlessly. She threw the man to a table just like that, and everyone in the bar froze. Among the silence Anoren continued,
“You won’t make me say it twice, will you? The member has been decided! Is your head empty, haah!? Go home, shit, and sleep, you damn ugly pigs. Wash your face and never show it in front of me again! Let’s go Lisa.”
“Ye-yes, oneesama!”
Unknown from when, Lisa gazed at Anoren with sparkling envious looks. At the time she said “Oneesama”, perhaps she found a ‘wrong’ objective.
By the way the men were still frozen like statues, with expressions as if they had just seen a nightmare and had no time to worry about it. Well that was a given, their fleeting dream was smashed in an instant after all. Everyone should be surprised looking at her sudden change, yet Albert somehow didn’t even quiver. She wondered just how calm he was. Well, as for the mercenaries, it seemed they won’t move until we leave this place.
“Alfi and Albert, don’t just stand there! Let’s go!”
Alfilis came to her senses in a jolt, but she didn’t want to be seen as this Sister’s companion, because she felt she won’t be able to come to this guild the second time.
Leaving the guild, Lisa asked the content of the request on the way.
“Then I will return to my house for now, where will we meet tomorrow?”
“Yes it’s fine. I remember your presences after all. I can search with my sensing ability. You just need to tell me which inn is it.”
“Oh, Sauza’s inn. I understand. The talk about remuneration can also wait tomorrow.”
“I don’t mind. You don’t seem to be stingy about the remuneration after all. In other hand, since it’s not request through the guild, I kind of have high expectations of it. Since currently I am in the need of money, this is better for me. Since even for long term requests, they only gave us advance payments after all.”
It seemed Lisa was experienced with negotiation. As expected for someone who reached C+ rank at her age, Anoren admired in her heart.
“No, let’s do it now after all. The remuneration share will be 1/4. I won’t be stingy even though you’re a Sensor. Is it fine?”
“Yes, that’s plenty.”
Usually the share for Sensor is smaller. First, they are working in the rear, and are rarely met with danger. To receive equal share is extraordinary treatment.
Albert raised his hand.
“No, in my case this is a duty so I don’t need a share. You can share it for the three of you.”
“Alright then we will go with 1/3. Are there any other opinions?”
It seems no one objected her words.
“Then it’s settled. If no one has any other business in this town, tomorrow we will finish our preparations and depart at noon. Will that be fine for everyone?”
“You can just show one of your boobs and it will finish in the speed of light.”
“N-NO! Anoren, don’t say things that will cause misunderstandings!”
While Alfilis became remarkably flustered with Anoren and Lisa’s words, Albert added in a serious tone,
“…If you slip one in their hand, they will finish by noon. In other hand, I will secure the mean of transportation. I already have one in mind.”
“Well, a tip of course. What did you imagined? Disgusting.”
“If oneesama says so.”
When Alfilis thought this might go smoothly, she heard Lisa clicked her tongue. Alfilis became extremely concerned about the future with her new comrade.
When they returned to the inn, it was fully booked. They wondered what should they do and exchanged ideas,
“How about let him sleep in front the door and wake us up if there’s something?”
“I can’t do that in women’s room.”
He refused curtly. Though Alfilis felt admiration ‘as expected of a knight’, Anoren seemed displeased.
“Though a man and a woman sleeping under the same roof is fun… Since he usually only shows a serious expression, I am really looking forward towards his reaction when I peel Alfi’s clothes one by one.”
“It might happen so it’s scary. The Lazar family is indeed incredible.”
“What an accusation! Do you think I am a female pervert?”
“At least something similar, no?”
Alfilis retorted.
“Well the face is cool I admit, but I will abstain knowing he’s from the Lazar family. Just remembering it makes me shiver.”
Anoren got goosebumps. Even the arrogant and violent Sister has something she was bad at it seemed. Though Alfilis was a bit interested since Anoren seemed to remember something, since she knew Anoren will only dodge her question even if she asked, she let it slide. This Sister was always sly in those kind of things, thought Alfilis.
Chatting nonstop, they both fell asleep. Chatting with Anoren is really fun, thought Alfilis.
