Zeus sat on a stump as ordered by his teacher as he watched with interest in his eyes his teacher kneeling and praying to what seemed to be a picture of a giant tree painted in black, with many branches as she spoke barely above a whisper he could not make out what she was saying then all of a sudden she raised her hands then the tree began to glow white hot as greenish wisp with ghostly wails had appeared all of a sudden making Zeus alarmed at that as one by one the greenish wisp took form various men and women who circled around her.

Zeus could looked at awe for a moment he was about to cast 'Observe' but he faltered upon seeing a man and a woman hugging his teacher he did not want to ruin their moment, in fact he already felt like an intruder upon seeing the scene which was clearly personal. He would have left from there but he feared the sound of his movement would draw attention.

Zeus sat on the stump as he waited for his master to speak who was clearly enjoying with her eyes closed a few more minutes later his master was almost covered under a pile of ghostly figures before she decided to stand up as she looked at him the ghosts standing by her side as he spoke, "Zeus come up here."

One of the ghosts, who looked like a male standing by her side, tilted his head as he spoke, "Vessha although I am happy that you have finally decided to settle down but really him, a weak puny human who smells of her mother's milk really that was your choice."

Zeus did not know what came before him but without thinking he retorted back to him, "Oi you green ghost who do you think you are? I would marry an old hag like her who is fit enough to be my great –something- something grandmother."

No sooner did he finished his sentence he found his vision swim as it darkened, as he was assaulted by pain while several message flashed in front of his eyes.

Vessha gave him a surprised look as she spoke, "Ye you died when? I never even noticed that you died, are so weak now that simply breathing kills oh poor child, how hopeless you are.", she then faked a few sniffs making Zeus shake with anger but the rational part of his head calmed him down as he took a deep breath.

A ghostly figure took pity on Zeus as she spoke with a shake of her head, "My beloved grand niece have mercy on the poor child now introduce us with him and begin the ceremony, after all you are wasting precious time."

Vessha nodded at that as she spoke with a smile on her face, "You are right Great Grand Aunt."

Vessha beckoned Zeus closer as she spoke with a smile on her face, "My family this child, his name is Zeus a young Deva and also my apprentice whom I wished to take in as my legacy apprentice as such I came here to ask for your blessings."

Zeus for a minute felt as if he was like some exotic animal being showcased in a zoo as a silent murmur went through the crowd as time passed he noticed his teacher was getting visibly worried with each passing second, before the ghosts moved apart as one of the ghost approached moving as he inspected Zeus like one does a lamb before taking it to slaughter making Zeus gulp a bit.

The ghost looked back at Vessha as he spoke, "Well he will do well I guess, you may proceed with the ritual my descendant."

Vessha beamed at that as she guided Zeus to a ritual circle where she made him kneel as she slashed her hand as she let her blood drop on the precious ritual circle which promptly lit up as white light engulfed them, to Zeus it suddenly felt like the warm blanket encasing him during particularly chilly morning it felt so nice, he did not want it to end.

The light then surrounded around Vessha and to Zeus's eyes she for a moment looked like a Goddess more like a Goddess of Battle with her attire and was that a horn on her head, she looked directly into his eyes no into his soul and spoke in a voice that shook him to his core.

"Zeus before I begin, swear on your name, your honor, your blood and your life and soul that no matter what happens you will never ever speak of anything that you hear or learn, if you fail to up hold your oath may the Divines judge and have mercy on your soul for my ancestor and I will curse you to the deepest pit of the void."

Upon hearing that Zeus gulped causing Vessha's eyes to narrow only to soften as Zeus began speaking with determination shining in his eyes, "I Zeus hereby swear on my blood, my honor, my name, and my life and soul that I will never divulge any thing that I learn here to anyone."

Vessha gave a nod at that before she spoke, "Well I accept your oath."

Before Zeus could react he suddenly felt as if someone was strangling him by holding his throat as he gasped for air his hand went towards his throat only for the feeling to disappear as a anew message appeared in front of his eyes.
