She tried to open her mouth to speak, but was stopped by an extremely itchy sensation in her throat. She started coughing vigorously leaving Zhi Hei in fear. He patted her back gently and fed her a cup of warm water. He was frightened from seeing her spit out blood earlier that he didn't know what to do when she started coughing. After drinking the cup of water, her body relaxed and leaned against the pillow for support. Her head and vision was still a bit dizzy. It took her a while before she started talking.
