THE BOOK OF Z 7 Chapter 6 - The book of Z

While roaming through the streets of Anthacia, Zeroth told Eric about Max and that his main purpose of coming to the witch island was not only for gaining strength but also to know about his parents.

Zeroth noticed that someone was secretly following them and then ,Zeroth turned towards him and said , " Is it you, Max ?"

Then the person revealed himself and said, " Indeed, it's me Zeroth ."

" How did you know that we had come?"

" I use earth magic , with which I can connect with everyone's presence within a certain radius, I felt your presence , so I came to check, if it really was you. "

" Ok then , now that I have completed the task you gave me ,please tell me about my parents ."

" You look strong Zeroth " , Max paused for a while and then he continued , " Leon was a great wizard, he had such great knowledge of magic which no one could ever imagine. Once he came in possession of an ancient book, The Book Of Z, after reading that book he realized that the book consisted of lost ancient magic spells of each element of which no one was aware of. The spells were more effective and deadlier than the presently used spells, the spells had such a great amount of strength that couldn't be believed by anyone. Leon decided not to tell anyone about this book because if the book comes in possession of the evil, the world would be destroyed. Leon tried to destroy the book but was unable to and decided to seal it. He then gathered five people ,whom he trusted more than the entire world, with all of their magics combined he sealed the book. Then one day , a person came out of nowhere, he had already killed all of the entrusted friends of Leon and then after killing your parents unlocked the seal to the book of z and took it. You must defeat him at once and seal the book once again or it will lead to the destruction of the world ."

" Who has done all this and where can I find him ?"

" No one is aware of his actual name, but he proclaims himself as the Dark God, he might be somewhere trying to adapt the ancient spells. You must become more strong and defeat him before he awakens his powers ."

" But how do you know this much about him?"

" After saving me , we became close friends and used to meet often , then once he told me about the Book of Z and the destruction it can cause if the book is in evil hands " Max paused then continued, " Once I came to meet your parents at their home , you were not at home at that time, we had a nice chat, then suddenly there was a knock on the door , Leon quietly told me to hide somewhere, I didn't understand the reason behind it but I did as he said . After some time he called me , I came out and was shocked to see that the room was now filled with blood . I rushed towards Leon and asked him what happened, he told me that the dark god had broken the seal to the Book of Z and took it. He then gave me the responsibility of making you strong and to tell you about the Book of Z and that you should at any cost restore the book and seal it ."

" I see, I must become more strong in order to defeat the Dark God."

" Yes , from now on you are on your own and you can always contact me you need any help."

" Thank you, I am very much indebted to you. Now we will take our leave."

Then Zeroth along with Eric turned and then said, " Now let's go to Salvac."
