The invited guests had already been briefed on the most important matters and signed non-disclosure agreements. For the living quarters, family members could stay together, but assistants and bodyguards were in a separate block.

After the meeting ended, everyone returned to take a short rest before a tour of the exhibition hall in the afternoon.
