Silver and Scarlet Promises 4 The Falcon

After several months, Freon entered in a ninja academy located in Arcadia under the "Order of the Scarlet Shadow". He aced every test even without using his magic. He only relied on his eyes which has a super kinetic vision and can predict his opponents' moves.

He became a powerful ninja and gained the nickname "The Falcon" of the Shadow sect but he still didn't make any friends until one night he met a ninja from the Scarlet sect. Her name is Hannah Scarlette and she wants to challenge Freon. This girl is the strongest female ninja in the Scarlet sect but Freon ignored her.

However, Hannah was so persistent and she would annoy Freon until he accepts the challenge.

Under the full moon they fought, slashing and dodging swiftly like a wind. After hours of fighting, it was finally dawn and Hannah lost. Freon walks towards her and she can't get up anymore. Hannah thought he would deliver the final blow but Freon picked up the scarlet ribbon on the floor instead. He carried Hannah to a bench nearby and said "You dropped this" as he tied the scarlet ribbon on Hannah's hair.

"You know, it looks good on you", Freon said as Hannah is blushing.

And that's how he met the girl who fell in love with him and also became his rival. Hannah promised to beat him someday that he would be force to use his magic on her. That's why every full moon she would annoy Freon again and again until they fight but she never won and Freon never used his magic.

After every battle, Hannah's ribbon was always torn apart and so Freon would always give her a new one. They became friends, and they are always together, during lunch and free times. They are even seen as couples in the academy, but it's a one-sided love. Freon was a very dense boy.

One day Hannah asked Freon, "Why do you have a silver necklace?"

"I once made a promised to someone, so that one day I could protect her", Freon replied.

"Ohh… so that's the reason, wow that's wonderful", Hannah said with a fake smile. Deep inside, she was completely devastated knowing that she has no chance of capturing Freon's heart.
