Chapter 13: change my thought. part 1

         I finally come back to the village, and give the city president's letter to the village president. And my village president give me the badge"village president" (charisma +1 magic effects + 10%).

         I am almost tearing although I have prepared in the way to the village. I am feeling truly that my hard-working, the painfulness I suffer have paid in this time. I am not the guy worth for nothing in the game. People will regard me more important in the game when they meet me and see by badge.

         The existence in the game I pursue is a things that between the reality and illusory. But I am really cared about it. I am forgotten in the reality. I can't let myself be ignored in the realm of game anymore. Only remember the emotion right now I can feel I really exist on the world.

          After the exiting I ask old president in worry:"I am a player and can't be at the village all the time. What if I am leaving?"

         He replies me peacefully:"the player to be a president can only be nominal. You can set a village manager to manage the village when you are not around."

Good job! Do not have too much work to do. I then use my newly-adding village management menu to set old village president as the village manager. Then see economy column: my salary is 10 silver coins every day and there's 8 silver coins as my guard salary that I did not take, quite high Hugh? I can't stop thinking the salary of city president.

The management menu is also shows the map of specialty scatter of the area around our village (including monsters). It's very useful for me both on leveling and practice my living skills.

The architect is still not arriving yet. It seems that he's come here on foot. I should construction my village first.

First of all I use the "building" plus "the method of building houses" repairing the 6 tattered houses in our village and set the biggest one as my house. After live in I find the complete houses can recover my HP and MP.

Village management told me that the most important function of the houses is it can be warehouse. I can store the things that I doesn't use and don't want to sell into my house. And another important function is it can relief the fatigue of the player. I know that eat food can relief the hunger of player but I don't know there's fatigue setting in the game. Actually it is because of my physiological consumption is the lowest so I won't feel tired.

I am the president, so I can live a house freely. But other people could rent houses or buy houses in the village. I set up the rent fee to 10 copper coins (the lowest) and buy houses to 10 silver coins (the lowest) for attracting people living here. They are only one percent of the recommended prize by system.

Next is to get material by "Quarrying" and "tree cutting". Then I build some new houses. But it is more difficulty than repairing houses. I failed many times. Until my "building" rise to 2nd in primary I only success once and the quality of it is also very bad. But I am really satisfied.

I ride my "flying" to the mime that I discovered last time. And use "detection" and "miming". I get a lot. Except more than a hundred copper ore (20 copper coins each) and 50+ iron ore. There's some ore such as red copper or blue iron is worth much. Those kinds of ore are not what I can dig out in 1st primary miming. But I get it, it says that the mime is truly very good.

It let "miming" is the skill that can earn money the fattest now. I can got 10 silver coins in an hour.

In the days after that, I use all of my free time except leveling on the practice of living skills. The reason is very simple. I am the only fully profession now. I should get use of such kinds of advantage. And the higher grades of living skills can also help me make contribution to the village.

I finally rise my "sewing" and "tanning" to the 3rd degree of primary and make asset of equipment. The defense is 40 in all. Those equipments are determined as a set by system. If I wear them all, I can rise 1 charisma and 10% magic resistance of wood type. It is very good in the equipment in iron grade. It's maybe worth more than 2 gold coins if I sell them to players. The set is so good that let me throw the silver shoes in my house.
