The original development of the plot would be Zhao Yin, the male lead, succeeding to the throne and becoming a wise emperor of a golden age. However, accident happens when a transmigrator takes Zhao Yi’s body. As a person from future generation, he knows everything about what happens in history. With that, he frames Prince Yan, poisons Princess Yan and finally usurps the throne by all evil means.
