Queen Lyn: Clash Of Kingdoms 6 Joust Tournament 1

Normally girls cannot take part in the jousting tournament, however, because of their Queen, it is possible. Perhaps head advisor Pupillam was correct in this decision of hers. Miley doesn't know but right now...

"Winner, Madam Miley..."

Miley easily won the preliminary round and, already waited out in the sidelines. Her gaze landed on the next persons turn. The fourth Knight, she heard rumors about him before. Rumors say he could match up to the second knight and even the first. Even General Teo... When she heard that rumor, Miley wanted nothing more than to watch his fight.

As someone who has learned to fight ever since she was young, it's only natural she became curious about other strong people. Xiao Lan, he's an Asian man with Unusual turquoise and white colored hair and sapphire colored orbs. Master Teo has mentioned him before. Despite being amongst the Queen's people for so long, she was only familiar with a handful of people.

Miley glanced up. Queen Lyn was sitting down on a throne, her usual violet and grey cloak encircled her slender figure. The dress she wore was gorgeous, a pale blue translucent ocean dress. Just sitting there she really stands out. Truthfully, part of the reason she was itching for a fight was to see Queen Lyn out in the battlefield.

Miley always thought of Queen's as mere figureheads and the ones controlling everything are the corrupts officials beside them. But it's not the case here. Queen Lyn is a proper Queen, she handles all her duties personally, and she has control over her kingdom. People respect and love her. In the years since she came here, she has seen no sign of hate.

This place is complete paradise, and yet this average paradise will disappear if we do nothing. This jousting tournament if one wins. You can request anything of the Queen. Here she will make the announcement regarding going to war officially in front of the Snow Kingdom. It's a risk. But with this many people, the Queen cannot reject her upfront right?

The 4th knight's match was over in seconds if Miley had a stopwatch then she would definitely say three seconds. As expected, he's good. If the match was longer, she could have probably seen more but from what she saw, it satisfied Miley for now.

The parameters for this joust was slightly different, instead of being a mere one and one matches. There were group matches. The first few rounds had the same parameters as a one-on-one match. Then, the next involved huge groups attacking one person and it so happened their side is attacked party.

Lan turned to her, "Good luck, Madam Miley."

Miley said nothing and stepped forward, her preliminary round had been a simple one on one and she got no thrill from beating a weaker opponent. But with the setup of several groups attacking, there will be more opponents for her. The first batch who rushed in with their horses, lances ready. Some wore a mixture of different expressions.

"Maybe we should give up.."

"Our next opponent is a little girl. What are you all afraid of?" The man in the center said.

"Do you not know who she is...? She's the Queen's assassin, Madam Miley."

"Hah, don't know about that. But she's only a little girl."

Miley doesn't hesitate to charge forward and knock the nearest guy down.

"Are you done?"

"Why you--- " One man, which she assumed was the companion of the one she knocked down surged forward angrily. She swiftly moved forward, knocking the lance from the man's hands. Without a weapon, it left the man open and Miley directed her own lance towards his stomach, causing the man to lose balance. Miley with a taunting smile waved her lance.

"Even if I don't move from this spot, I'll win easily."

The remaining men all seemed furious, but they didn't charge towards him right away. Instead, they seemed to form a circle. Miley rolled her eyes at the scene.

At the seats.

Lyn mentally facepalmed.

What are they doing turning away from their opponent?

Sir Aubrey, a general from one of the neighboring countries looked towards her ashamed, and she chuckled. "Do not mind it, it's an interesting strategy?"

She really didn't know what to say.

"I apologize, Queen Lyn, they are a fairly new bunch. They didn't know they'd be facing a child."

She immediately sensed malice and mockery behind the man's tone and wanted to sigh out loud. But refrained from doing so.

"Oh? Have you not heard the rumors.."

"Rumors, Queen Lyn?" Aubrey repeated.

"Yes, in the mist kingdom there's someone known as the 'beautiful and dangerous assassin...'"

"You don't mean.."

Her lips curve to a smile, the audience seemed to be awed and Lyn looked up.

Like, Miley said she didn't move from her position, and Lyn watched as the girl lunged her lance forward when the remaining men charged towards her. With a single twirl, it scooped up all men and flung them back, but this did not make them fall out of their horse. Lyn watched as the men wanted to taunt her more but her assassin didn't give them a chance to speak and aimed the lance towards the stomach of two men, the ones approaching from behind Miley are knocked down by the other end of the girl's lance touching their foreheads. The three fell off their horse, and the girl didn't bother with her weapon for the remaining, a few punches and strong kicks, they easily fell down.

"It seems like, it's decided," Lyn said.

The man seemed speechless but didn't say a word. Her gaze flickered toward the girl.

"Winner Madam Miley.."

That was it, huh, wasn't much. But her gaze met the Queen's who smiled at her warmly. She immediately averted her gaze, she's still mad. Why does she have to deal with this small fry? A real battlefield would have her dealing with better opponents.
