“Wait!” Department Head Dirk interrupted Mr. Joe, and asked with a look of confusion. “Meng Lei used instant release? A third-grade spell, you say!?”

“Department Head Dirk, have you not heard of this?”

Upon seeing Department Head Dirk's expression, Mr. Joe realized what was going on and said with a smile, “This is what happened…”

After listening to Mr. Joe, Department Head Dirk was shocked. He stared at Meng Lei for a long time before saying, “Is what Mr. Joe said true? Can you cast third-grade spells instantly?”
