Chapter 554: Wu Qing’s Battle!

“First Xuan Qi layer?” Qin Chuan frowned, when looking at Lin Feng with his celestial eyes, he could only see that he had broken through to the first Xuan Qi layer.

“Impressive, he’s hiding his real cultivation level.” Qin Chuan immediately concluded. Lin Feng must be using a secret skill, Lin Feng couldn’t be of the first Xuan Qi layer. If Lin Feng had been of the first Xuan Qi layer, even with the most incredible magical powers in the world, he would have never been able to defeat a cultivator of the sixth Xuan Qi layer like Yuan Tong. 

The geniuses from Dragon Mountain didn’t stop looking at Lin Feng with their celestial eyes, they also looked at the other cultivators from Xue Yue. 

Very quickly they started smiling coldly. Amongst those cultivators from Xue Yue, apart from two of them, none had broken through to the sixth Xuan Qi layer. The cultivators from Dragon Mountain felt even more confident. Amongst the geniuses from Dragon Mountain, the weakest ones had broken through to the fifth Xuan Qi layer, and even he was only at the top of the fifth Xuan Qi layer.

However, they knew that the three who weren’t there were terrifyingly strong. 

Lin Feng also understood why those people were smiling coldly. They had inspected everybody’s strength and were realizing that only two of them had broken through to the sixth Xuan Qi layer, Yue Tian Ming and Wu Qing. The others had either broken through to the fourth or fifth Xuan Qi layer, they were indeed weaker than these geniuses from Dragon Mountain. Those who had broken through to the fifth Xuan Qi layer were perhaps still too weak to dazzle at the Great Competition of Xue Yu. They would probably just end up as cannon fodder.

Lin Feng didn’t understand why they hadn’t chosen more cultivators from Dragon Mountain to participate in the Great Competition of Xue Yu. Perhaps, it was to be fair to the smaller countries.

“I heard that you defeated Yuan Tong.” said Qin Chuan. 

Lin Feng coldly glanced at him and shouted, “What do you want? Get to the point quickly, there is no need to talk bullshit.” 

“Huh?” When everybody heard Lin Feng, they were stupefied at how aggressive he was! Even when facing the geniuses from Dragon Mountain, he remained aggressive.

Qin Chuan narrowed his eyes and stared at Lin Feng in an coldly. 

“Hehe.” At that moment, Jian Chen made a step forwards and said, “You are all outstanding cultivators and it is rare for us to be altogether. We should help each other out and be friends. Let me introduce everybody.” 

“No need to introduce them. We know that they are geniuses from Xue Yue who have come to participate at the Great Competition of Xue Yu, that’s enough. I wouldn’t remember them anyways, unless I get to know them myself.” said Cui Wu Ming indifferently. He looked as cold and detached as before and was releasing deadly Qi. His black hand was hidden in his sleeve at that moment, nobody could see it. 

“Indeed, we will know them if we get to know them ourselves.” agreed another. Those people from Xue Yue were all narrowing their eyes and staring at those from Dragon Mountain, people in Dragon Mountain were seemingly quite arrogant. If their opponents were strong and powerful, they would remember them, otherwise they wouldn’t.

“Hehe, alright. I will not introduce anyone then. You guys probably already know who we are.” said Jian Chen while looking at the people from Xue Yue. “We are all going to participate at the Great Competition of Xue Yu. We wanted to see you too.” 

“Hmph.” All the cultivators from Xue Yue groaned coldly. They had come to see them? What they meant was that they had come to see how strong they were! 

“But we are a bit disappointed, after all, the strongest cultivator of your group has only broken through to the sixth Xuan Qi layer.” said a young man in black clothes. He was making fun of them which infuriated the people from Xue Yue. 

“I don’t think that your cultivation level is high enough for you to talk that arrogantly.” said Wu Qing coldly. 

“Huh?” That young man frowned at Wu Qing, cold lights were flashing in his eyes.

“Hehe.” A grave and stern looking young man laughed in an evil way and glanced at the people from Xue Yue. He then said slowly, “We are all the same, we are all going to participate to the Great Competition of Xue Yu, we should all learn from each other today, since we are here!” 

“Here he is…” The people from Xue Yue were surprised. These people from Dragon Mountain had actually come to fight, they wished to humiliate them! 

But the geniuses from Xue Yue had come to Dragon Mountain proud and majestic. At that moment, those feelings had disappeared. These people from Dragon Mountain seemed to be much stronger than them, their Qi proved it. Even though they didn’t have the celestial eyes skill, they could feel it. 

“I only want you guys to give us your valued opinions, learning by interaction is a great way to improve! Who wants to fight?” asked the grave and stern looking young man who was looking at Wu Qing, as if challenging him. 

Wu Qing said nothing as he immediately jumped up into the air. His pupils became animalistic, he was looking to attack that grave and stern looking young man. 

“I’m coming!” declared that grave and stern looking young man, smiling while jumping into the air.

Qin Chuan was stupefied, he wanted the first battle to be with Lin Feng! But Hei Sha, the grave and stern looking young man and the beast boy were going to fight first! 

He wasn’t in a hurry though, everybody wanted to fight so he had to be patient. 

The people from Xue Yue understood that they weren’t as strong as them. 

“Wu Qing is the same cultivation level as you.” said Wu Qing coldly. He raised his head and looked at the sky, his pupils becoming even more bestial. 

“Be careful.” said Hei Sha without much concern. He made a step forwards and threw himself at Wu Qing. In a flash the atmosphere began to shake. 

Wu Qing’s animal eyes looked unperturbed. His body shook and he raised his hand where a bestial Qi appeared.

“Boom boom boom!” The two hands collided. Wu Qing’s palm was filled with power, just like the paw of a panda. However, Wu Qing’s hand was in pain after their collision. 

He looked at his hand and saw some dark blood. Hei Sha actually injured him. 

But Hei Sha had also been injured. Wu Qing’s terrifying physical strength seemed like it weighed millions of tons. His entire arm was shaking violently, as if he had had a cramp. 

“What a terrifying physical strength.” 

Hei Sha looked at Wu Qing and didn’t look arrogant anymore. The beast boy was extremely strong, Hei Sha didn’t want to provoke him anymore.

“Let’s do it again.” said Hei Sha while jumping into the air again. He threw himself at Wu Qing again. This time, he condensed some wild and brutal Qi in his hand. That Qi was extremely solid and sharp. 

“I’m not afraid.” said Wu Qing while bombarding the atmosphere with his Qi again. His hand continued getting bigger and bigger, turning pitch-black. It wasn’t a human hand anymore, it was more like a panda’s paw. 

Lin Feng was astonished when he saw Wu Qing. He was the third high-official of Xue Yue, he was undoubtedly extremely strong. This was the first time that Lin Feng saw Wu Qing fight!
