On the second day just when Mu Yifan was busily scheming how to narrow the gap in their relationship, he had discovered that although Zhan Beitian still put on his usual cold demeanor and lacked emotions in his tone, Mu Yifan nevertheless could feel Zhan Beitian warming up to him just a bit.

For example, at eight this morning, Zhan Beitian specially went up to his room to wake him up and tell him to eat breakfast. He leaned against his chair and satisfyingly rubbed his round belly. A thought then flashed across his mind. He lamented: “Crap! I forgot that I have abdominal distension! Can't eat too much.”

The corner of his lips unconsciously curved upward. Zhan Beitian thought that Mu Yifan's current state was hilarious.

However, just when he was about to smile, he quickly retracted it. He took Mu Yifan's cell phone and dialed his own number. He picked up the call with his own phone and added Mu Yifan as a contact in his address book. Afterwards, he played soft music from it.

Hearing it made Mu Yifan sleepy. He dejectedly whined: “Can't you change to some other song? This makes me want to sleep.”

He wanted to foster their relationship, not sleep through the entire time.

He cleaned up the table and walked to the kitchen.

He filled it with two mililiters of water before withdrawing his finger. Tap water was then mixed in until the cup was half full. He walked out of the kitchen and handed the cup of water to Mu Yifan. He coolly spoke: “Drink up. It'll clean your insides.”

Mu Yifan didn't suspect him and gulped it down.

Not long after, excruciating pain radiated from his abdomen, as if all his intestines were tied in a knot. Mu Yifan quickly carried his big belly, ran up to the second floor's washroom, and pooped for half an hour. Finally, he felt great relief.

At this time, the whole bathroom stank. The putrid smell almost knocked him out.

Mu Yifan angrily grabbed the toilet paper: “Fuck! Did he give me laxatives so that he can get the Qingtian Bead back?!”

So his purpose was this!!! He had wondered why the male lead had suddenly treated him so nicely, telling him to wake up and serving him a big breakfast.

Mu Yifan got up, walked to the sink, and stretched out his hands to wash. All of a sudden, he froze on the spot.

Zhan Beitian has 2 powers that he got from post-apocalypse: 1) thunderbolt and 2) pocket dimension which includes his custom-built 4D world (that's where the magical water comes from) and other spatial powers which will explained in detail much much later on. Lastly, baby will not appear until 40+ chapters later.
