Lu Fan had tried all sorts of strengthening, strategy, and styles that he can utilize up to date just to finish this quest, but for some unknown reason, it always ends up in failures.

"This time, it will be different." Lu Fan spoke as he rode his Sky Wyrm dragon, the price they had won from the recent Siege War.

Lu Fan looks at the horizon as he spoke: "Let's go!"

But just at this moment, a few people approach him while riding their own flying mounts, but their mount is not as awesome as Lu Fan's. It's a pegasus and a unicorn.

Dartz: "Eternal, where are you going?"

Ruthless: "I bet it's that quest again."

Lu Fan chuckles as he nods: "Yeah, this will be my 200th trial."

Ruthless frowns: "What kind of quest is that freakishly hard? You haven't unlocked your 3rd seal yet, right? Maybe you can finish it once it's done."

Dartz: "Yeah, it might also be good if you can bring us with you."

Lu Fan chuckles: "Well, it would be easier if I can, but I already told you guys so many time that it's a solo mission, even bringing my mount in the site is prohibited now."

Lu Fan: "Well, I`ll be going now, see you guys, handle the guild for me while I`m gone."

After Lu Fan finishes speaking, in just about a few seconds, he vanishes without a single trace.

Dartz: "How many hours?"

Ruthless: "1,000 USD anything that's higher than your estimation."

Dartz: "Let's just bet between 5days."

Ruthless: "Then... more than 3 days for me."

Dartz: "Less than 3 days for me then."

The two of them chuckles as they headed back after showing the players below their extravagant mounts. It had been a regular basis for then that whenever Lu Fan would do the quest, they will bid of how long it will take, there are times where Lu Fan would do it five times a day and times where he'd take at least a week to finish one of the pages.

Never the less, he never finished the whole story of the quest.

After a few hours, Lu Fan arrived in a ruin in the middle of a forest, a waterfall is there while in the bottom of it, there is a rock formation with some rocks aligned in a circle manner with a lot of sigils inscribed on it.

Standing on top of it, Lu Fan closes his eyes: "Begin!"

As soon as Lu Fan finished speaking, his body was wrapped in a green light and slowly vanishes to thin air.

As soon as Lu Fan opens his eyes, he was already surrounded by walls and there, he is already surrounded by dozens of knights.

Lu Fan couldn't help as he sighs helplessly.

The moment that Lu Fan started, massive and huge amount of numbers kept exploding. his movements superb, minimal movements as he evades the enemy's attacks while also countering every hit.

Level 99 is currently the cap of the game and it has been for the past month since nobody had actually unlocked a new content in the game. The Black Armada's Heilong finished two story quests already that unlocked the level 59 and 79 caps while Frost Quest finished three story quests that had unlocked the level 49, 69 and 89 cap, leading to the current level cap.

There had been no player from the Evil Faction that unlocked a story quest, sadly, there are already a few of them that posses one but none from the Evil Faction had ever completed one.

After a few hours, Lu Fan finished fighting the vanguards of the castle as he stood in front of a huge ancient looking door.

Lu Fan: "This is my 20th try, I`ll be sure to beat you all this time."

Lu Fan had tried the quest multiple times, although some succeeded, but the hardness of each stage caused him a really hard time.

Lu Fan: "Begin!"

As soon as Lu Fan spoke, the door slowly opens with the sound of creaking. slowly but surely, red eyes are starting to appear.

Lu Fan: "I'm back."

-Complete a story quest of Master expertise or higher.

Although these monsters are 'AI's, they seemed to have heard Lu Fan's voice as all five of them stood up.

There are two platinum, two chromium and a single titanium boss in front of Lu Fan right now, and each and every time that he fails this page of the story quests, these are the five bosses that he's facing simultaneously, each of them having the height of at least seven meters tall covered with red and black armors.

Lu Fan: "I just wish that this is the last page..."

Well, seeing the words Vanguard, Lu Fan can be sure as hell that it is not.

Lu Fan: "Let's start this!"

The hardest part of this mission is that these bosses are holding a massive tower shield proportion to their bodies.

A captain beside the first one attacked surges forward.

There's something Lu Fan is currently doing in this stage... and that is, training his dodging ability.

Lu Fan kept looking from left to right as the four bosses slowly surround him, cornering him, preventing him from lasting long.

Lu Fan looks would casually throw glances at the General as this boss will only take action whenever one of his underlings had taken a 10% damage loss. But sometimes, the general would take actions unexpectedly, and this is one of Lu Fan's headache.

Lu Fan: "A real general views the war from afar, a real general can see things that can lead him and his army to victory."

Lu Fan: "Since I can't beat all of you, I`ll make all of you into my training tools!"

"Axe Stance!"

Lu Fan's weapons morph into dual axe.

A small tud echoes as the two axe drops down towards the ground, the axe stance is the heaviest weapon out of the other two, and every time, Lu Fan would bring it out to train himself further, increasing his strength by a few time as he evades the enemy charges.

Lu Fan would occasionally hear something like this but had already grown tired of it.

"Blood Slam!"

But there is also a bonus in using this axe.

"Hmmp!" Out of the five of them, only the General can speak, but it would always only snort.

Lu Fan: "Bring it on!"
