Chapter 153 – In fact, I was a good person “Part 3”

In a short while, inside his body the Pulse Spirit pill was transforming into energy that was being absorbed by the strange light continuously. Basically, it no longer required Du Shaofu to lead the way. The pulsating energy from the Pulse Spirit pill never stopped being directly absorbed by those strange lights.

As the trail of absorbed energy from the Pulse Spirit pill came into contact with those streaks of strange light, those lights also had some changes that seemed to be moving towards the direction of solidification.

While in a daze, Du Shaofu was in the complete state, seemingly able to realize there was an excited grunt coming from within that strange light. It sounded like cheering, so elatedly.

Du Shaofu’s body was slowly wrapped in the strange thick light. The light flared up as each waves of runes with extremely terrifying force spread out all over the place, even from within Du Shaofu’s body, slowly there were also quite a few mysterious lights which used to not be there came out. The runes flickered and the halo vibrated. In this process, Du Shaofu’s breathing quickened; the energy source contained within the strange light seemed endless.  Du Shaofu was gradually wrapped in a mysterious light, and the light flashed. A stock of runes spread along with the terrorization. Even the body of Du Shaofu's own mysterious light that did not appear gradually spread out. The runes flickered. In this process, the scent of Du Shaofu’s body is also rising rapidly. Within the mysterious light, it seems to contain endless energy. This energy spreads and is eventually absorbed by Du Shaofu. It is also enough to make Du Shaofu earn a great deal of money, and the pure energy that is turned into purity is poured into the spirit of Du Shaofu. These energy sources spread out and amplified, before eventually being absorbed by Du Shaofu. Even a small amount of energy was enough for Du Shaofu to harvest and turn it into pure mysterious spirit that was filled within Du Shaofu’s Shenque.

With Jin Zhongli used from before, there was plenty of its energy that remained within Du Shaofu’s body that had not been fully refined. Hence this time, it relied on Du Shaofu to move inside at the state of completeness to go through the refining process together. It quickly transformed into a mysterious gas to flow into Du Shaofu’s Shenque.

Based on the increasing breathing speed, it seemed soon enough Du Shaofu would expose signs of having a breakthrough again.

Eventually, above the mysterious and thick lights wrapping Du Shaofu, the illusion of Wuzhi Mountain spread out. On top of Du Shaofu’s head, it spread out, evolved, condensed, just like it had a life of its own. As the light thickened, the illusion started to look very solid and real.

Time slowly passed and the bright moon started to move to the West in the sky.

Du Shaofu’s body was still wrapped by that strange light. As they vibrated like experimenting something, the illusioned Wuzhi Mountain condensed behind the ruins never stopped evolving, which made the surrounding space seemed a bit twisted. However, as the force started getting much stronger, the illusioned Wuzhi Mountain started to become even more realistic.

As the pulse soul condensed more realistically, in some degree, it could prove its strength was increasing.

Right then if there was someone witnessing this scene, they would probably be surprised given Du Shaofu’s training level just passed onto Pulse Spirit Realm. It seemed to be difficult for even the Maidong Realm to achieve this realistic level of condensation for the illusion Pulse Spirit. This was absolutely unbelievable.

The energy contained by the Pulse Spirit pill was gradually absorbed by the strange light rather quickly. After the last bit of energy was taken, the strange light seemed clearly to appear a little bit more realistically.

However, it was just like that. Each day the strange light that wrapped over Du Shaofu’s body didn’t condense so much more realistically; right afterward it gradually faded and once again retreated into Du Shaofu’s body. Everything turned back into silence.

“Chi la la!”

The illusioned Wuzhi Mountain behind Du Shaofu also turned into ruins, flowed back, and slowly calmed down.

Then, the night slowly passed by and the sky dawned a little, while deeper in the sky there were still some stars scattered.

“Whoosh!”

The early dawn light penetrated the windows and shone slantedly into the room. When it crept towards Du Shaofu’s face, he had just withdrawn his hand. A circle of last faint golden light like numerous energy web quickly spread into his body.

Both Du Shaofu’s eyes opened and his light yellow pupils flared up with such sharp lights, then at once hidden in the depth of his cavernous eyes.

“Ah!”

With such evolving feeling from within, Du Shaofu’s sharp golden eyes showed a sense of surprise. The fingerprints had just knotted. Around his body at this moment exploded with a wave of powerful energy, even stronger than before.

“Afraid that it’s reaching the amazing Maidong Realm.”

Du Shaofu was even surprised as he felt the breath on his body right now. The breathing this level made he feel like he wasn’t too far away until the breakthrough into Maidong Realm.

The effect of the Pulse Spirit pill was to reinforce the Maidong Realm, and yet to hear about its strengthening ability. Thus that was why Du Shaofu felt so strange; it had just been one night and he couldn’t believe his training level could improve this much.

As his breathing converged, feeling a huge wave of energy surged inside his body, Du Shaofu’s face broke into a smile. After stretching his body, he immediately jumped down from the narrow bed.  

He wanted to go to the Heavenly Martial Institute. Even though knowing his drunken father had caused much trouble inside the Heavenly Martial Institute, Du Shaofu still had some expectation.

In the morning, outside Lan Ling City.

With a group of people standing there, Du Yunlong tapped Du Shaofu’s shoulder: “Third bro, rest assured that for the World Association, if we are here nothing would happen. The big sister is at the Heavenly Martial Institute. I don’t know how surprised she would be if she sees you.”

Du Shaofu nodded lightly, then his sight directed towards a cold young guy wearing a long golden gown next to Du Yunlong: “I didn’t expect you to come and send me off. It’s really touching. Just, honestly, when will you stop being so cold like that; you’re such a handsome guy, but acting cold as ice like that you might not be able to get married.”

“I only just enjoy being idle like this. Not getting married wouldn’t need to worry you.”

With that slender and sophisticated phoenix-like eyes on Han Xin’s face, he looked faintly at Du Shaofu. Under the high nose was his thin arrogant lips which outlined such pride: “Being the President of the World Association, yet except for a few people counted on the fingers, most don’t know who the President is. Now you even want to go to the Heavenly Martial Institute; what a negligent manager you are though you’ve done so nicely.”

“I feel so relieved having you all here.” Du Shaofu laughed excitedly and slapped on Han Xin’s shoulders.

“Just stop befriending me like that, our relationship isn’t that close.” Han Xin took one step behind.

Du Shaofu didn’t pay attention and smiled: “We’re all family so sooner or later, we’ll all be familiar. In the long run, you could see that I am a very good person.”

Ouyang Shuang really couldn’t stand it and said in a low voice: “Your skin really is thick.”

“You’ve always been prejudiced against me, so it’d always be that way.”

Du Shaofu, while talking, couldn’t help but having his eyes on Ouyang Shuang. Since the moment he saw Ouyang Shuang, his eyes at once inspected on Ouyang Shuang’s body.

It was mainly that Ouyang Shuang was wearing a very strong outfit, which directly outlined her hot demonic body, lovely and slender thighs, and mesmerizing curvatures which showed her seemingly perfect figure. Together with her flawless appearance, it was like sucking people’s soul away and it made Du Shaofu’s eyes not want to move away.

Ouyang Shuang acted like she didn’t pay attention to Du Shaofu, as she walked from Du Shaofu’s side and stood next to Murong Youruo.

“Aunt, I would listen well to the words from Shaoxing brothers and I’ll meet you when return.” Dai Xingyu said chokingly, her face wet like a pear flower showered by the rain as she pulled Murong Youruo’s arm, not wanting to leave.

“Just go, train well and become a strong warrior.” Murong Youruo wiped the tears at the edge of Dai Xingyu’s eyes. Those dreamy eyes could be secretly wet and gentle that none could recognize.

“Growl!”

A little while later, the Demonic Scale Tiger rose while making the airstream scream under its wings. Three shadows sitting neatly on the back of Demonic Scale Tiger slowly disappeared from the eyes of those on the ground.

Murong Youruo half-closed his bright eyes and gently touched his face as he looked at the direction which the tiger flew away in the sky. Only a long while later had he been able to turn away.

From the highest courtyard on top of Lan Ling mansion, there was a man and woman standing.

The man was very handsome with unusual quality, while the woman was wearing a red dress and was an exquisite beauty. They were in fact Lan Ling mansion’s owners, Ouyang Ling and Yuan Shanshan.

Looking at the trail of the flying tiger slowly disappearing in the sky from far away, Ouyang Ling whispered: “I’m afraid the Heavenly Martial Institute wouldn’t be peaceful again.”

“Ling brother, why don’t you keep Shaoxing here for a few more days. This kid has been following that guy since he was young without Ao Tong sister besides, he definitely suffered quite a lot of miseries. Now seeing that he has to go to such a miserable place like Heavenly Martial Institute, I felt so bad in place of Ao Tong sister.” Yuan Shanshan said hurtfully.

“How can I keep him, that little one and his father are equally shrew, but as compared to his father, he was more cunning, and even shameless. I really have no way to keep him so just let him come and destroy the Heavenly Martial Institute.”

There was hint of a smile on Ouyang Ling’s face, he seemed to imagine the scene at Heavenly Martial Institute so messy later on as the young guy visited. Those elder scholars at Heavenly Martial Institute would be so angry, however it would be like facing his father from before, eventually they couldn’t do anything.

“How could you call Shaoxing like that, the kid’s so nice, why call him shameless?” Yuan Shanshan stared at Ouyang Ling.

“Here… So it’s me who’s wrong.”

Ouyang Ling immediately smiled. He didn’t want to cause trouble for himself, but he thought secretly: that kid was more than treacherous and shameless. He had messed up Lan Ling mansion only in a short while since he arrived. Both Ha Li from the White Tiger Sect, and Han Qiang, two sly old men lost under him. This was not what ordinary people can do.

Hearing Ouyang Ling, Yuan Shanshan’s expression eased down a bit as she looked at Ouyang Ling again: “Ling brother, even that Shaoxing was only here for a few days, guiding his training a bit would be nice as I could also see him for a few more days.”

“His father was Du Tingxuan, how could I guide him.”
