Ai Changhuan calmly denied: "no."

"Oh." He added, a little disappointed, "That must be fear. Don't worry, as long as you're obedient. I will ask the Pei, sister-in-law, to take care of you. Don't worry too much." Ai Changhuan coughed sheepishly, and felt vaguely that he was chary. She meant to say thank you, but because of the pride, she did not speak out.

Outside the door came the sound of a car. Lu Zhanke’s guard Qiao Sheng drove to pick him up.
