It’s a bit different from some other books: Qi Condensation Stage, Establishing Foundation, Congealing Channels, Golden Core, Nascent Soul, Return to Nothingness, Mahayana. I believe Xu Xiao is almost at Golden Core, which is why they call that guy the Mahayana Ancestor.
